Great job, all good.

Easy to order, quick delivery.

Overall very good! My only criticisms would be that regarding the free postage, I'd rather pay the difference to get the parcel at my house - as I had no choice over the UPS pickup location, and it was a fairly sketchy situation (parcels just left out, no lockers or protection, and while I had to give details someone could easily just snatch them and leave) - and further, part of my order wasn't shipped with the main bit. This isn't a problem in itself, but I could've done with having this communicated to me. I'm sure things are busy, but even so, it would've been less stress for rather expensive Warhammer boxes!

Otherwise great, good service and all, and the chap I spoke to on the phone was very polite. Cheers.

Only giving a middle of the road review as I started an order and the 2nd class postage cost was stated as £375 (probably should have been £3.75) so backed out at the final stage (over £400 charged for a £28 item lol). Subsequently I kept getting bombarded with 'please pay the invoice' emails, even tried emailing the company to say if they could update the invoice I would pay but never heard back from then until 2 days later when there was an email saying the ordered was cancelled. Better communication would have meant they would have kept my business but I went elsewhere.

Easy ordering experience, and great stock of items - where other FLGS, and GW itself, had sold out. It also hosts a thriving community of gamers - everything a Friendly Local Gaming Store should be.

I get almost all my wargaming bits from 4TK they are my go to store only time I'll consider shopping elsewhere is if they don't have what I am looking for

Rapid delivery, excellent pricing

I ordered MAD Gaming terrain, took some time until the shipping (to Germany), but otherwise things went pretty smooth. Paying the VAT and customs later is a downer, but not the fault of 4TG.

The process is transparent with several e-mails for confirmation etc., but 4TG didn't reply to my e-mail sent before. But to my surprise there was a small gift of extra terrain inside, which lifted my mood considerably and as eventually things went well, they earned 5 stars.

Had a slight delay with shipment because one of the units I got was out of stock. The customer support person was very helpful and was able to fix my order so it could be shipped.

Great customer service and fantastic shop, would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I paid 17 euros for the delivery in western Europe and I still have to pay an extra of 12 euros for taxes. Why do I have to pay this much if the taxes isn't included in your price of delivery? The book is alsof damaged on the corners.
