Amazing items, absent customer service
The items themselves are amazing quality - bit on the expensive side but some designs are worth it. However, customer service is non-existent. If you have an issue there is a small chance you’ll get through to the seller so make sure what you purchase is final.
I’ve tried repeatedly in the past and to this day have never received any communication back - both via email and on insta. It’s a shame because with good CS I’d be buying up all their stuff. I guess my crewneck will be the only thing I keep from this brand.
