Good service and products.
Good service, good products. Let down, as seems to be the case more often these days, by choice of courier service. 4 wheels and tyres ordered to be delivered on specified date. Only 1 delivered on time, the other 3 sat it the warehouse presumably and delivered the next day. Not a big problem you say, but it meant giving up 2 days waiting for delivery, as courier only gives time slots from 0800 to 1700hrs.

Communication and fitting were great
Communication was great, as there was an issue with one of the 4 tyres when I went for the fitting. But it was quickly resolved and I had the forth tyre fitted a few days later.
The staff at protyre enfield were also very professional.

Out of shape tyres
Bought a new set of tyres, turned out to be very out of shape making truck dangerous to drive from wheel wobble, rang and mentioned this was told to balance them, managed to nurse it to a local garage and balance the front as close as possible (using stick on weights as not possible to use hammer on weights due to amount needed, 320g was the highest and around 180-200g a side on the rest) went home and had to resort in cutting 20mm steel plate to size/weight and weld to my wheels to replace the stick on weights as they would never of lasted, still have the backs to do before they hammer out my wheel bearings, not happy at all, was told that’s how they are by the company as there off road tyres (I know people with the same tyres without a single balancing weight on) I must of had a set from the bottom of a massive pile!! Wish I never bought them!!

Cheapest around for tyres. Excellent service, free delivery….. what’s not to like!
Checked all over for my tyres but nowhere could match 4x4 for price and free delivery even the big BC!!
