Love these guys
Love these guys! Very fast shipping and they have a great selection of fragrances, many of which you cannot find sample sizes or decants of anywhere else. I believe there is a discount equal to the price of your sample if you purchase a full size of any of your samples within a month's time.

I ordered a perfume and was informed shortly after that it was temporarily out of stock. They contacted me promptly and gave me the option of a full refund or waiting approximately two more weeks for restocking. I chose to wait, as their communication was very clear and professional throughout.
The perfume arrived exactly within the timeframe they advised. I really appreciated the transparency and excellent customer service. Very happy with the overall experience and would order again.

These guys are con artists
These guys are con artists, you will never be able to return your purchases to them. Even it they are fully sealed and unopened. The customer service give you serious attitude and when you aend them the products, they simply dont take delivery until the post has to return it to you.
Really wouldn't recommend.

Great Niche Fragrance Purchase
I was mostly happy with my purchase. Arrived with seals on the top and bottom of the box that lead to Authena authentication, no cellophane wrap on this Creed Centaurus purchase. Just to confirm for anyone concerned, the lack of cellophane wrap doesn’t mean it’s fake, as some brands like Creed do sometimes send products without cellophane wrap.
The fragrance is strong and exactly what I was expecting. It took about a week to arrive which wasn’t bad considering the delivery was free and coming from Italy. Customer service was responsive when I had questions. There are no customs fees. Any concerns I had initially were basically dispelled. I will definitely buy again, particularly if there’s any sales or discount codes available. Good selection of niche fragrances available, that I struggle to get at discounted prices in the UK.
My only issue is that I used the new customer code to receive 5 free samples and 2 extras that you get as standard with normal purchases. I received the 2 extras you get as standard and 2 that I requested in my purchase notes which I was pleased about, but I am missing 3 of my sample fragrances. I was disappointed about this! But it wasn’t enough for me to rate them lower. Other than this I am happy with my purchase overall and the delivery.

Whole experience ruined by bad customer…
Whole experience ruined by bad customer care. On signing up I used the link to the 50ml club, on order points were not added. 3 weeks later I still haven’t been able to address such issue being told I need to sign up on the provided link, however the link just takes me to my account. Do not expect this company to sort out shipping issues if they can’t do this.

Trustworthy, good range of products, good prices.
All perfumes are genuine, sometimes in good prices, you have samples to choose from, tax is already calculated. Only delivery to UK is taking like 7-10 days. But still im a regular buyer:)
