Worst customer service

Worst customer service, difficult to reach, unfriendly - App not giving a proper oversight of usage, no functionalities within the app, bad UX, overall bad experience. Not returning!

I traveled to Switzerland and the internet doesn’t work at all and I was surprised with the invoice of 50 € for 142 MB !!

The show is very excellent. As for the Internet service, I have not tried it completely, but there are times and places when the network, especially the Internet, is not good.

Signal near the border area not good

Signal near the border area not good
The sim goes to roaming near border 3km inside Nederland.
For example
In Vaals Nederland sim work as roaming because of Duits Border.

Beste klant,

Thank you for letting us know sorry to hear your SIM switches to roaming while you’re still inside the Netherlands (for example in Vaals). In border areas your phone can register on the strongest nearby mast, and if a German signal is stronger or roaming agreements apply it may show as roaming even a few kilometers inside NL.

What you can try:

Restart your phone or toggle airplane mode on/off.
Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Network operators and try manual selection of a Dutch operator (e.g. KPN, Vodafone NL, T-Mobile NL) or leave it on automatic.
Turn off data roaming (Settings > Mobile network > Data roaming) if you want to prevent roaming data — note this may remove mobile service where no Dutch network is available.
Check your preferred network type (4G/3G) and carrier settings; install any carrier updates.
Try your SIM in another phone to rule out a device issue.
If possible, take a screenshot/photo of the network name displayed when roaming and note the time and exact location.
If the issue continues, please contact our customer service with your phone number, SIM number, IMEI and the screenshots/times/locations. We’ll investigate this with our network partner and look for a solution.
