very Bad

I now have two subscriptions because you blocked the first number, and now you've blocked the second one. I paid money and you blocked it. This means I'll have to pay for both subscriptions, but without internet access, I won't pay anything.

Super fast delivery and Great service

So far great experience. Easy and fast form submission (I couldn't get my number from other providers for some reason. And my sim card was delivered the next morning (less than 24h!)
Easy set up, great service. I was using my data as hotspot to work while getting my home internet installed. And it worked seamlessly. Recommended for foreigners just arriving to NL

50plus mobile is a joke

50plus mobile is a joke. I was charged a ridiculous amount for using 150MB of data abroad. After only sending one reminder in two months, they’re now piling on late fees. They have also blocked my phone number now. They holding it hostage and charging a premium for "accidental" usage and then disappearing for 60 days just to hit me with penalties is predatory. Unprofessional and greedy. Avoid at all costs. There customer service is not great on top of that.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we do warn our customers in good time by text message that they are incurring costs outside their bundle. You pay 0.10 cents per MB outside your bundle. We recommend that you activate the out-of-bundle buffer so that you are protected against costs outside your bundle. In addition, if an invoice remains unpaid for too long, reminder fees will indeed be added. We send you several emails to let you know that you have unpaid invoices, but unfortunately you have not responded to these. We will explain this further by telephone. Unfortunately, we do not see any details mentioned in your review. Would you be so kind as to contact our customer service department about this?

You will receive a good service…

You will receive a good service comparing yhe price that you pay.
The only problem was a trip to Switzerland that it started to use roaming without any warning and cost me 20 euros for receiving one voice message on Whatsapp!

I have a problem. I applied for a SIM card on 29/12/2025 and I haven't received it yet. I sent you all the required information and haven't received it yet. I contacted you via email and WhatsApp, and they asked me for details, which I sent.

Poor support. Very poor.

The network is acceptable and I got them because they had a good deal. The customer service unfortunately is terribly poor.

I contacted them several times due to an SMS issue, and it feels like a bot is responding to me. They keep asking me the same question over and over and I'm not getting an answer.

I will move away from them as soon as my contract ends.

Reservation of data by company

They make in unwanted, unexplained 'reservation' of 150Mb data. They cannot/want not explain why this is done. I have no real sight how much data is available and there will be a very big chance that I will be using too much data without knowing and have to pay at least €50 extra

The 150 MB you see is a reservation. As soon as a data session starts, 150 MB is temporarily reserved. If you do not use it all, the unused portion is returned to your data credit. We understand that this can be confusing. Our technical department is working internally to make the display and operation clearer. This has nothing to do with out-of-bundle costs. If you incur out-of-bundle costs, this is because you are incurring costs outside your bundle; this is separate from the reservation. We would like to get in touch with you so that we can explain this to you and look at the costs incurred, but we do not see any details mentioned in your review. Would you be so kind as to contact our customer service about this?
