REALLY BAD NETWORK COVERAGE
I live in central Amsterdam and have been incredibly disappointed with the coverage of your network ever since joining - it is incredibly unreliable and patchy. I am very often in a no-reception area, which makes no sense as I live and work in the centre of the city. My mother injured herself the other day, for example, and I was unable to call someone or order an Uber when I needed to help her.

Language problem
Thank you, but transferring my old number took a very long time, and your application and message are all in Dutch.
My friends and I don't know Dutch, so it's better to be able to change the language like other operators.

I was last month in Europe travelling…
I was last month in Europe travelling and with the Odido / T-Mobile I had real good coverage and data input. The Vodafone coverage in Germany and the borders of some countries are not so good and the strength of the signal is also terrible and especially in Holland it is not so good now travelling through Europe.
