I did not purchase anything!

I did not purchase anything, and I did not authorize any charge. After calling into a radio station called "Highway Radio" I was told I won a free trip to Vegas. As they took my details, they let me know I would be called by the hotel directly which was named "Westgate Hotel" to confirm my credit details and get my approval for the transaction which is not a purchase but a fully refundable deposit.

I never received the call, and I was not told about this third party which is 541 travels or any mention of "Vacation buddies" My card was charged 149.00 US dollars and sent an email thanking me for my purchase

I will not be having any further communications with this third party as I did not release my information to you in any way and I will not call the phone number. I will further dispute the charge if it posts to my bank and will not hesitate to have an investigation launched in the business practices of both Highway Radio Home

This company is super fraudulent

This company is super fraudulent. They don't answer their phone and never return messages. They have two people that work there and they both are scammers. Do not waste your time or money on them. Requesting a refund immediately been trying to book our trip for 3 months!!! Then we finally talk to someone and they say someone will call within 24 hours to confirm booking. No one calls back! Do not do business with them! Unless you like wasting time and money.

Paid for 3 nights 4 days got 2 nights and none of the bonus gifts promised. Never answer the phone. They should be out of business. chandra Wyatt and Michael George are both both liars and scammers.

We got lied to ..the radio announcer made…

We got lied to by..the radio announcer and the travel people they made it seem like we were going to the best stays in Vegas but in reality you get the red lite district..cheap old run down places because the nice ones are always sold out or they want a lot of $$$ wich the radio announcer failed to mention..also they promised we could park our semi behind circus circus..so we drove 400 miles just to find out they don't allow semis on the property.. it cost us $500 in fuel to get here .then we find out there's no place to park when we stressed to them what we r driving.
It would have been cheaper n better to just pay out if pocket at the place we choose rather than this so called FREE vacation with dinner n show...
So far $100 in beginning plus $150 to secure room wich was supposed to be free then $400 for fuel $200 for parking..miles away from hotel
I.wish we never called that radio station

Feeling duped.

Feeling duped.
Radio station 99.7 acted like you call in to win 3 day 2 night vacation to Las Vegas. I called in and "won" however had to put $99 deposit (which would be returned with no damage). That's fine. Then when I get the call back, it's $100 gift card returned to make up for the $99. That's fine.

Call to book and there is all kinds of extra fees when you call to book.

Still giving 2 stars because the customer service was pleasant and they went ahead and refunded my $99 (at least I'm told it's being refunded) otherwise it would be a 1.

However, I'm not one that enjoys being duped into "winning" and wasting my time & energy.

This company is BS

This company is BS. This company sucks. Zero communication. We finally gave up and took the $99 loss. Please do not waste your money unless you plan on signing up for their vacation club. Then they may help you.

Disorganized at the least

My wife decided this was a great deal so we sent them money and we are supposed to have an hour long zoom meeting but today is the 3rd time they have ghosted us. We even called and someone answered and let us know they were running late. No problem, except nobody came through on their end again. We will try and get our money back.
