Best Taxis in UK

UNITED TAXIS BOURNEMOUTH

I've been using this company exclusively now for about 3 years. They are brilliant!!! It appears I am the first to write a review; which is strange given how good they are!

Why?
Clean; Prompt; Smooth; Value; etc... as expected.

Extras?
The Drivers! They're a diverse eclectic mix of virtuous men! This means you are safe and comfortable in their presence! They also hold fabulous conversation if you wish to engage! I encourage anyone to ask your driver more about their life! You will be surprised at all the answers you will receive! Remarkable men; serving you! Why is this???

United=The Way!!!

United Taxis Non-customer focussed policy

29 12 2023 Tried to book a cab with United Taxis for New Year's Day 0100hrs. Advised by the agent that the company policy was not to take bookings for New Year's Day at that time or any other peak season/ timings.
The agent refused to escalate a complaint and offered an email address.
29 12 2023 I emailed a formal complaint.
02 01 2024 Received a response confirming the above policy.
16 01 2024 Requested that my complaint be escalated. They have not responded.
It is disappointing that a taxi firm can operate such a customer-unfriendly policy. It's at these times that booking is essential.
Note…..
29 12 2023 I was able to book a taxi from PCR Streamline for New Year's Day 0100hrs.
30 12 2023 I had to amend the booking with PCR Streamline. PCR Streamline adjusted it without any problem.
01 01 2024 0100hrs PCR Streamline arrived on time and we were picked up and taken home.
