I received my dress yesterday and it is absolutely perfect! It took only 4 days after shipped out until I got it on my door in Canada. It looks exactly the same as in the picture, and fits perfect.

Such a great customer service! I was always kept informed of the status of my order and didn't have to worry about anything. The dress is quite great and makes me very satified. It was just as excellent as showed in the picture. The fabric of it is also superb. Just what i need.

I ordered this dress at the site and it was literally on my doorstep in roughly two weeks.It is a perfect dress for me.The fit is great,the skirt is very full.just how I wanted.Anyway,one word to express my idea,PERFECT!!!

I ordered one bridesmaid dress in the size 10 from the store, which is my common size. When i received it, it was just perfect to me. I felt so happy that the dress was in so superb material and very soft to touch. It did not disappoint me and i will highly recommend this shop.

The site was recommended by my friend. She said that one kind of silhouette in the site suits me and I placed an order three weeks ago. It took approximately three week to get this dress. Very beautiful dress！

I got worried after ordering becuase of a bad review, when It arrived This red long dress is quite amazing. I think it is very glamorous and so charming. The color of it is bright and the design is exquisite. EXCELLENT!!!! I am also amazed with the great customer service.

We visited a seam stress had actually measurements done ... when we purchased we purchased a 2 inches larger in the waste, a bit longer in length and held the bust in the right measurement (much better to show up a tad larger and have actually taken in)... the dress showed up and fit to a T. just the length has to be changed. I confirm your going to get it and do suggest emailing 7 days prior to anticipated arrival date ...they will respond. I believe this can be a busy company... the reminder is crucial. Your dress showed up from China in 3 days. It had been ideal !! But keep in mind to send out memory... itis worth it.

Very Very Bad Experience with 58eveningdress.com

WARNING! Never deal with this company! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in ordering women’s clothing over the web in the last 10 years! The dresses that 58eveningdress.com show on their web site are NOT what they send you! They pretend to be from Australia but they ship from Singapore and the representative that my daughter’s bridesmaids and I dealt with, by the name of Wan Weier, has a gmail.com address so we don’t even know where she is located. Her English was poor in her e-mails and was hard to follow. It seems to be a one person show that is very deceptive. She took our credit cards and now won’t refund anything. I have never been treated so badly!

Wan Weier explicitly promised in an e-mail that we could return the dresses we were ordering for the mothers and bridemaids if we did not like them. After I spent close to $600 on the dresses, they took forever to arrive and when they finally did arrive they were awful! I was also one bridesmaid dress short! I ordered five dress; they sent me four. They looked nothing like the dresses shown on the web site, had plastic bras and fit horribly. The bridesmaids who ordered their dresses directly also had the same problem.

When I e-mailed Wan Weier and told her that we didn’t like the dresses, she said I could not return them because “I had them for too long” even though it had been only two days since I had received them! She actually had the audacity to tell me to go somewhere and get them altered! I told her that she said in her previous e-mail that she promised we could return them if we didn’t like them – I even sent her back her own e-mail—but after several attempts to get an address she refused to give us an address for the return, stating “company policy”. Obviously an outright lie!

After talking to the credit card company they said to return them back to the address on the shipping label. And to add insult to injury when I checked with UPS and DHL the cost was going to be over $200 to send them back!

I am still dealing with the credit card dispute and it has taken many hours of my time, many of my dollars, and I now realize I was cheated by a con artist. In summary there are several reasons NOT to use this 58eveningdress.com.
The website is a total lie. The merchandise shown is not what they ship. They pretend to be from Australia, but who knows where 58eveningdess.com is really located.
The dresses were horrid.
They arrived late.
I was missing one dress in the order.
The representative Wan Weier lied to all of us. Before I ordered, she said I could return the dresses if I didn’t like them and then came up with a number of excuses why I couldn’t.
She would not give me a return address
To ship the dresses back to Singapore will cost over $200!
Remember, your consumer protections end at the US boarder!!!
NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! WARN YOUR FRIENDS!

The dress came 2 sizes to small. When I emailed and asked to send it back for the proper size they said that cant control the factory and I would have to pay again. After many emails they said to get it altered and they would refund the cost of the alterations. Once I sent them the receipt the completely stopped responding to all emails and never refunded the cost.

I had such a bad experience with this company. I ordered two dresses from 58eveningdresses. I wrote an email asking if they could change the material of the dress, they said they could so I ordered two of them. I got the dress in the wrong material and the dress does not look like the picture. Then I got the second dress and it was the exact same dress as the first. They totally screwed up. I had to communicate back and forth via email and she told me to send it back for a refund. I had to pay another $80 to send them back promising me a refund. They lied. They didn’t send back no refund. Also I had to pay for delivery charges twice on top of that. CONSUMER BEWARE. Do not order from this site.
