I want to clarify that our company has a strict no refund policy on custom orders, which is outlined on our website. This policy helps us maintain our pricing and service quality.
However, at the time of the order cancellation the ring that you had ordered had already gone into production. We tried our best to offer you the ring which you had placed the order for or a credit note which was valid for 1 year for the full amount as a common courtesy which was declined by yourself.
We have also noticed spam reviews left on google at the same time, which we do not appreciate as a small business.

A very efficient CAD design team. The whole process took under a week from when I first got into contact with 5C Jewellers to design my perfect ring. Production took 6/7 weeks but I was more than happy to wait. Can’t rush perfection! The final product turned out stunning even better than the rending images at the design process.
