Even though I am experienced Allopathy Doctor ,I could not resolve my gut issue. I came across 5 day Gut workshop on Facebook & found that Dr Harish may have solution to my gut problem. I found that what he spoke resonated with me & joined Mastery course.
In the beginning itself there is a questionnaire to determine your Prakriti & accordingly his videos on Mastery platform guide your diet & lifestyle changes. He guides individuals as per their Parkriti .Few of herbs advised are already in our kitchens e.g Detox tea . There is no pressure to buy from online 5E life shop. I have used few herbs beyond expiry date as I ordered them much in advance like Triphala. Quite a few ayurvedic recipes were also provided in 21 days Prakriti Challenge. I saw significant improvement.
I then joined Transcend program where I'm undergoing transformation both physical & mental. Weekly sessions about principles of ayurveda & various other health related topics.Early Morning sessions would set tone of the Day for us.
The experience is so remarkable that I joined Roots program which aims to work at different tissue levels .
Dr Harish explains exactly the principles of how ayurveda works . His depth of knowledge is tremendous in yoga & ayurveda . His holistic approach has helped me & many others to regain our health , His aim is to transform a billion lives.The improvement in my health & value added to my life is much more than fees charged for these courses . I highly recommend his programs to anyone seeking true & lasting transformation.

I was referred to Dr Harish by one of my colleagues as I was advised I have a fatty liver n my sugar level was showing high and have to go on some injections so I had an online session with Dr Harish who had me fill some forms to know my prakriti n the decide what medication I should b on and I proceeded with it as I felt very comfortable with Dr Harish as he explained the whole procedure n advising me not to expect immediate results n I must say I am happy changed a lot of things I feel good lighter aa I lost over 8 kg thank you Dr Harish n team for your regular updates n answering all my silly questions about changes in my food etc n my tantrums that I don't like this food n fruits etc would definitely recommend the Gut guys to all God bless🙏🙏

Dr. Harish Ravi Warrier, professionally known as the "GutGuy," adopts a sequential Ayurvedic framework to set the GI system in optimal condition via metabolic correction adopting a structured 8-phase protocol beginning by optimizing Agni (digestive fire), followed by sequential nourishment of Rasa (plasma), Rakta (blood), Mamsa (muscle), Meda (fat), Asthi (bone), and Majja (nervous system), culminating in Ojas (immunity)
I find that the process though slow/ progressing at its own pace is very effective in an wholistic way. I have seen noticeable impact of the program after 3 months.
The team is extremely supportive ensuring that one traverses each phase with ease & in full.

This program introduced me to ayurvedic medicine and new ways of life! we can agree ayurveda is better than allopathy in many ways!

Don't waste your money and most importantly time and peace, You will get irritated. I used to believe only stock trader and some other cheap Excel trainers people played this kind of fraud, But I was wrong Doctors like Harish is a scam gang, and I felt very bad he proved himself as a “ Kala dabba” for the doctor's profession.

This program is nothing but just a time pass, Harish jumps from one subject to another without any correlation, his teaching skills suck, he is not a good speaker nor a teacher, and he needs to improve a lot, basically he thinks the people are fool.

the five-day program runs like this

day 1: max time (70%) goes into time pass stuff like “ who is from north India ? Type north in the chat box ? who is from south India? Type south in the chat box, who is committed here ? Type in chat box “ common If I am not committed why the hell I paid you the money. then Harish shares his love story and all the other irrelevant things

later for the first day, some morning meditation technique & one so-called detox tea is shared.

in the open chat box, people were requesting to come to the point quickly & some asked for a refund, Harish then replied “This is only for comitted people, how shameless “people who asked for a refund were not entertained later

I thought there is some imp stuff that would come in the next days but I was totally wrong

Day 2: Questions from the past day, repetition of the same thing, some other irrelevant story & one more foot massage technique that all

People again shouted in the chat box about all this nonsense stuff, Harish again replied “This is only for committed people, this irritation shows that you have a bad gut” How shameless.

Day 1 & 2 was really a waste,

day 3 the chat box was closed, as expected from the scammers like Harish…. Yes he is because on third day as well he just taught us how to know if you are Vata, cough, or pitta prakriti, that's it….. and with again so many nonrelevant topics….. people were really angry

and on Day 4: we came to know the real scammer, he spend 45 mins on advertising his another program called 21 Days Prakriti Challenge … a point of real frustration… what a scam, i mean how a doctor can do this …. cmon without teaching any special thing he wasted another day just for minting more money… and below was the reply in the WhatsApp group by the participants, no need to say the group was closed so no one can massage further, and in the reply he says “ you just paid 499 rps and you are learning from 3rd generation ayurvedic doctor” that means itne paise me itnahi milega…..

How ridiculous it is….

In my opinion, donate the money to some needy than feeding to greedy like Harish. he is a shameless scammer.

Hi Everyone!
I am 21 day program challenger with Dr Harish Warrior and i would like to give an honest review to everyone out there.

I did enrol in their March2025 Program

For the first week there was no support from them for our queries remained unresolved, when the other mates started raising this in the group after that they appointed one lady to answer our queries and they said it was technical failure from their side so they were unable to communicate with us.

They open the group only for 1 hour in the afternoon to post out queries and answer them.

There are no special diets as they claim and no diet plan as per your needs. They will give each and everyone same plan not considering each person may require something different than the other.

Dr Harish will be able to meet you only once a week that too in live sessions, he does not give even a chance to unmute the participants and talk to him.

No mention of foods that might be causing inflammation in the body.

Plz check before enrolling with them.

Never buy any products from them, they are years and months old stock, and some doesn't have label, no authenticity, except for 99rs class, don't buy a thing from them, they are con artists, they won't respond you, once you pay money either for product or course. Be aware!

From 1st day onwards with him, I felt the genuine connection with him as he is extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced and blessed with oratory skills. Dr Harish Warrier explained all about gut health in the course. It was amazing how he covered everything in 5 days. The course was an eye-opener towards health. I am so lucky to have taken up this course. I will be enrolling each member of my family too in this course.

It is a nice video lecture. Information on gut and the over all health is described in these sessions. Everyone should know what gut is and it's influence on the Human well-being. There are several anecdotes to learn and cherish for the life !!
