I have recently started using these…

I have recently started using these instead of the 5-HTP tablets that I have been taking on and off over the past few years. The patches seem to be a lot better than tablets. You can feel the difference almost straight away and my anxiety, mood and energy levels have been a lot better since. Fingers crossed they continue to have the same effect over time!

I have been using these for a week now…

I have been using these for a week now and have noticed no improvement in my energy levels. I tried them as was taking tablets and a friend said she found the patches better for more consistent energy. I will be going back to the tablets for sure.

Glad I found them :)

Glad I found these patches, they seem quite new and not many shops stock them yet but I have bought 3 boxes online already and they seem to work very well indeed :)

Overall happy

As soon as I started with this patch I felt more noticeable effects for longer compared with tablets. I havent bothered going back to tablets. I wish they would make a patch that lasted for a week or longer, so that I didnt need to change it every day. But overall happy.

More effective than 5-HTP tablets

My wife has taken 5-HTP tablets for the past 2-3 years and has always struggled taking tablets, so she was excited to try the 5-HTP Patches. My wife says they are really effective, despite them being super sticky and at times hard to remove. Will continue to buy these until something better comes along.

Great product, reordered many times now

As a regular customer, I have been using the 5-HTP+ patches for a few months now -- they are better than tablets in every way. Ordering is easy, and they arrive in the post within a couple of days. So all round a great product.
