Not sure it was due to the Wuhan virus or another reason but it took forever to get the product, which shipped from China. Unless the Chinese writing was done in the US.

If i could not pick any stars

If i could not pick any stars, i would have! They are useless! Scammers in China! I received my order after 3 months and it was the wrong size. You can't communicate with them at all because everything is on an automated email system. Beware! Do not order from them!!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I live in Ireland and have been trying to get delivery of a bag for 3 months now. They twice told me that they sent it to NY in America. I gave them my address multiple times and was told they would send me a laptop bag by expedite. It never arrived. I have been hounding them for two weeks now without reply. Somebody called Alex assured me I would get the bag. Do not be fooled by their cool youtube adds. This company is a joke and youtube should remove their adds. Disgraceful and actually very hurtful that they just stopped replying to me. Ignorant and useless.

Scammers 2.0

I have never witnessed a company be so brazen about scheming people out of their money. A friend of mine ordered a wireless headset and NEVER received the item. It’s been a full month! COVID aside, there is NO customer service. BBB really should receive a notice/complaint about this company’s practices. Disgusting! No one should have to lose money and NOT receive their merchandise- especially during this time.

This is such worthless company that promotes cheap products worth $5 for $40

This is such a scam company. My wife found the ortho sandals and she insisted to order it immediately. What could I do. I didn't check the reviews and and ordered. It din't fome for 6 weeks. Then the usual reply from Alex ( Not sure is there anyone exists in this name or an automated reply). The same words, we are trying to follow up and will place replacement order. AFter two weeks I was complaining again. And the sandals came. But it is a crap cheap produce worth may be less than $3 for which they charged something £39. It is worth for nothing and I am trying to return and get refund. Not sure whether I will succed.

I bought masks x 4 for my family for £73 plus non Sterling transaction fee back in late March 2020 and nothing has arrived yet. Alex Britt does respond to my emails, albeit repeating the same thing. I got the tracking details but somehow the product went back to China and Alex said he had placed a replacement order twice back in April and then May when I followed up. I think he is not able to keep track of what he says to all the customers! I am planning to request a full refund.

Big Scammer

I never thought I would be a victim of a scam. I order a pair of sandals a month ago. The fraudulent tracking number stated that it arrived from China on 5/28 and has been sitting in Hawthorne, CA since then. No more responses from Alex Britt, your alleged Chief Happiness Officer. Don't buy anything from them.

BEWARE....This company is a total scam

BEWARE....This company is a total scam. They will send you fake tracking and you will never receive the product. If you email them, they will not provide you a refund. I’ve tried reporting this issue with PayPal and they seem not to help you as well. Tried filing a complaint with BBB and couldn’t find the company info.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 3 months ago and didn't receive. I moved away from my house and told them I can't receive it anymore. EIGHT times now they have told me to keep waiting and NINE times now I have explained my issue is not shipping speed, it is that no matter when....if ever...it arrives I will not receive it. I don't believe they are reading my words. Never buy from this website.

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company. The item I purchased has still not arrived
after 90 days from online purchase. The company shipping source is China and uses a free but highly unreliable parcel tracking system. The customer service rep named Alex is very courteous and assures me my package is on route. There is no refund option on undelivered product. Other products shipping from other China sourced companies have taken many weeks but nothing as compared to 5Seconds.

I went to purchase an ankle support…

I went to purchase an ankle support through 5Seconds. I was excited as I was hopeful it would help alleviate my discomfort of plantar fasciitis. A second item populated, a product I did not want. I didn’t even get to the payment site and was informed I would be charged a 30% cancellation fee for something I didn’t want nor place into the payment site. There wasn’t even a box to check like most reputable companies offer prior to purchasing to remove the item. It’s a totally unfair
practice and be careful when purchasing from this company. I learned the hard way and it wasn’t a happy experience for me.
I explained by email to their Chief Happiness Officer that I still wanted my purchased ankle support that was debited off my Checking Account already. It was cancelled by 5Seconds so I’m looking at another 30% cancellation fee. It’s a very unfair practice!

BUYER BEWARE

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a car organizer for my car. My husband found the site and bought this for my birthday to use in my car. It looked perfect and after waiting a month (with my payment taken immediately from PayPal), I had received nothing. I contacted 5Seconds by email (there is no phone number) and received an immediate response back, apologizing and sending me a tracking number that never worked. Another two weeks went by and finally I received some piece of triangular tan cloth that was in a padded envelope from China with no packing slip. It is absolutely NOTHING like what was ordered yet I got an email from 5Seconds telling me my order had been received.
I tried to get a refund from PayPal but because of Covid 19, have not been able to get through to them and their dispute form won’t download. I am hoping to contact their parent company, Sychrony Bank, for some sort of recourse. This company should NOT be allowed to conduct business - they are a complete SCAM!

Dodgy Company - BUYER BEWARE

Wish I could give a Zero Rating. This company is a fraud. Alex Britt is NOT interested in Customer Happiness. I tried to make a purchase having completed the necessary Form with Card Details the read what my personal details would be used for and decided against completing the purchase. Alex Britt (sure this is NOT a real person -I googled the name which appears as an actor from London) then sent me repeated emails offering discounts between 10-15%. I did not fall for this scam but asked him to refrain from emailing me.

Today, 01/06/2020 he again wrote to say 5seconds have only just started up so they are trying to keep customers happy. I have copied a review which shows they have been trading at least since March!!!-
"Actually I prefer to give a ZERO.
Ordered in March, STILL WAITING. Had no idea I was buying CHEAP CHINA CRAP MADE IN CHINA!!! emailed associate a few times and did receive reply. He sent me my tracking info written in CHINESE!!!!!
I am requesting a full refund, if I ever receive one" Their English is very poor and the advertiser's accent indicates the company is likely to be ASIAN!!!....
