I have preordered a sweater and it was shipped on the 1st of September. Ever since the tracking does not show any information about my order whatsoever, I have reached out 3 times now and no reply from the team. It’s been 3 weeks and I am not getting anywhere
It has the wonderful service. Replied immediately or as fast as they could. The quality was amazing I will definitely buy more of there merch.
Pathetic customer service. If you live in the UK stay away, ordered 2 things for my girlfriend both arrived late without any updates. Tracking website is useless with very vague ‘updates’ to the location of your (probably ridiculously expensive) package and if you email to ask where it is you’ll be lucky to get a reply.
