We have a number of services provided by 5wire. Service has been 1st class on each occasion. We are based in Australia and whenever we have a question it is responded to very quickly.

James and his team are incredible, any minor issues i have had have been fixed in an instant. Server is really good, service is really good, thats all you can ask.

It's close to one year ago one of my good friends recommended 5wire to me, I had no experience with webhosting what so ever.

I ordered one year premium hosting along with a domain, I now have 3 domains and I soon have to renew my premium hosting. Through my time here at 5wire I have created a total of 13 support tickets, you always get a friendly and really fast answer from James. Every time I post a ticket I can expect to get an answer 1-30 minutes after I posted it (Even in weekends). I once requested Shell access which I also got access to, as I had to setup a demon.
There have only been a few downtimes with my hosting so far - no big deal.

While using 5Wire as my hosting and domain provider I found that the support was second to none, anything went wrong and James would be there and ready to help straight away without issue. The servers that the hosting was on were strong and I dont recall any major outages or any at all for that matter, and the pricing was fair.

The only reason that it is not a 5 Star review is due to some issues 5Wire had with the provisioning and managing of WHMCS Licenses where your license would be suspended normally every month for what ever reason we were given. Other than that it was a great service.
