I can totally understand the dissatisfied reviews about customer service here! Here is my experience:

Four carbon parts are currently being sold for the Yamaha R9.
Since there are only pictures of the parts themselves and not of them installed, I sent an email asking if such pictures existed. I also asked if there would be additional specific parts in the future. In addition, I inquired if they would be interested in collaborating if they needed pictures of the parts on the bike.

I received a reply fairly quickly, but none of my three questions were answered. I only received two sentences in response, which essentially said: we produce carbon parts; you can order them on the website.

When I asked whether my question was perhaps unclear and whether I should rephrase it, I received no response.

It's a shame, as I would have been very happy to purchase carbon parts, but apparently they don't want to help customers or make money.

I ordered Aprilia RSV4 ducts and waited a very long time for them to be shipped (they blamed Christmas). When I finally received the ducts, I saw that the quality was terrible: the lengths are not the same, the widths are different.
They promised to send a replacement and then went silent.
I don’t want anything more from this company.

Ordered a tank cover for an Aprilia RS660. E mailed to check it was in stock, paid and it was here in 4 days. Perfectly packaged and fits perfectly on the bike. I would recommend 5 stars

I ordered a tank guard for the rs 660. It arrived and the mechanic tried to mount it, but couldn't because the front drilled holes did not align with the key cover. After MUCH discussion they agreed to send me a replacement as soon as I returned the item. I asked them for documents, which they all ignored. I ended up sending the item at my own cost and paying the duty fees at the border.

I received the SAME PART, but now with parts of it sanded off to "make it fit" and an additional crack.

The quality is abysmal & the service is worse.

Excellent fitment grate company to work with any carbon needs plz don’t hesitate just ask them sure they will be more than happy to help

The products clearly state in the description they are (and I quote) 'New, drilled and ready for installation'

This is entirely FALSE. My parts arrived completely wrong and will require several holes to be drilled and part of the cover removed to fit the bike is states it is made for.

Now, this risks me breaking the product. Or risks the holes being wrong.
This is NOT why I purchased a 'New, drilled and ready for installation' product.

However, the company will tell you that the product may require modification when you contact them. Even though this isn't stated anywhere on the product description when you're handing over money.

Then, they will advise for you to return the product AT YOUR OWN COST.
And refunds do not include the shipping cost even though the item is not as described. Now, I'm in the UK.
£30 of my item was shipping cost.
Royal mail want over £35 to again return this item with full tracking and insurance cover.

Meaning, I will have lost £65 to an item that was NOT AS DESCRIBED.

Do not fall victim to this company. You have been warned.

I ordered on 3/17/2023 and today is 3/24/2023 (1 week) and my order has not shipped.
I sent email, waited 7 hours and no response (I verifiquei a pasta de spam).
I will ask for my money back via paypal.

"The products in stock will be shipped the next business day after receiving payment" it's 100% false and yes my item is in stock

Update 07/04/2023:
As I said, I opened a case on PayPal and the response from 666carbon was that they contacted me via email (fake, I don't have any email). They said the product was not available and will ship on 29/03/2023.
The product on the website was available and they did not correct the stock.
Keep in mind I placed the order on 17/03/2023 and 29/03/2023, guess what, they don't ship my order.
I wrote again to them via paypal and they didn't reply back but on 30/03/2023 they send the order and I received it on 03/04/2023.

Overall:

Pros:
Cost vs Benefit = good

Cons:
Don't trust the website, if the website says the products are available, maybe it's fake and you need to wait about 1 week.
100% Bad Support, they don't give any support after purchase.
My rating would be different if they were more supportive in managing my expectations, indicating when the product would be completed and when it would be shipped to me.

Made to a very high standard, would certainly purchase from them again..

25-10-22 Placed order for Winglets for Aprilia - approx €300,- together with shipping from Italy to Denmark. Paid by PayPal.

01-11-22 received - I notice that they are not new, but used. Can see scratches and traces after small rocks. Can see the screw holes threads are used and som damaged.
05-11-22 I write email regarding this issue including pictures. Suggest replacement with new or reduction in price.
14-11-22 No respond - I write email again
17-11-22 No respond - I write them again
23-11-22 No respond - I write this trustpilot
23-11-22 666Carbon reply back at trustpilot and claim they have been responding to my mail the 17th. I find their email in the SPAM folder. We hopefully start to communicate from here.

Great quality product. Shipment to the UK is relatively slow but this is to be expected now however, there are no additional charges for this. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and service provided by this supplier and would happily purchase from them again.

terreble quality of the part, looks like s...t and not like good carbon part, absolutely terrible finish of the part, no polishing, scratches etc... also very bad packaging, it was a miracle that ut came in one piece

absolutely not satisfied, lost money!

they also were so lazy that they forgot to add all needed lines in address sticker, so the parcel was lost for some time!

I regret that on 2 e-mails sent, none gave an answer - and even less, on the second which mentioned a problem on the fixing of a seat fearing... very difficult to insert, if not by forcing (a lot! ) to succeed. So no search for a solution. Too bad, because the product itself is well finished and solid.

I wished that the survey would be available in different languages to chose from. Also the tracking system, I would like to have the option of tracking in a more efficient way. I have not received the item as of yet, but I could only speak on the system so far.

666Carbon make unbelievably good CF products and great service. Full frame and swingarm protection fitted to my 2021 Aprilia Tuono Factory. Great fit. Great finish. Couldn't be happier. Bravo!
