Really bad site, do not use. Played £300 on a popular slot and didnt hit a bonus at all. It lasted under an hour and, even though there are numerous bonus games, never hit one. This is not a casino, its a scam site. It was so bad, I self excluded to ensure I dont use again.

Been playing couple of hundreds nothing after like £1200 or so I've managed to win £4500 cashed out 4k kept playing the £500 on that £500 won 2k cashed it out altogether 6k cashed out on the 8th been waiting till today it's 17th still pending. And that's with all documents sent to them on the 9th all accepted and approved. Today recieved an email saying please wait it's with finance team they have to approve the withdrawal keep havjng the same answers from them. 4 days of withdrawal pending and emails being ignored until I gave an ultimatum that they have had a more than reasonable amount of time to pay me. You need to avoid this site completely. I've had my account closed after trying to withdraw my money . I was in contact with them through live chat a few times and when they couldn't resolve my issue they would end the chat on me and now my account is closed and they owe me 150.00 and they aren't replying to my emails .... so frustrating and they are so rude.
