They no longer pre-empt porblems

They no longer pre-empt problems, in fact they don't fix them when you tell them when you tell them there is a problem for days.
We are talking telecoms, vital for all business you just can't allow any slip ups!
6DG is letting be down badly!

Received a scam phone call about…

Received a scam phone call about fraudulent activity on my credit card. Checked the number and according to the information it is a landline operated by Six Degrees Technology Group Limited. I have contacted Six Degrees and advised them of the situation. I would like to know what they are going to do about this. I am expecting them to respond to this review.

Poor customer support service from Six…

Poor customer support service from Six Degrees. After being a customer for 4-5 years, they could not care less about our issue. Failed to give relevant information leaving us exposed to more expenditure which, as a charity they could have done more to foresee.

Their attitude is extremely blasé, no empathy and zero attempt to resolve our concerns.

Unbelievably bad

Unbelievably bad, waiting for them to get in touch with me for three months, 100's of emails 30+ phone calls.
Don't want to help utter utter garbage company!!!!!!!

Wost IT supplier in the market and…

Wost IT supplier in the market and impossible to leave - steer well clear of them. We terminated our services back in July as they were closing their data centre and so could no longer provide what we wanted. 5 months on they are still billing for a service they cannot supply of a servcie they do not supply!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Unreliable phone system provision that is often down during working hours. Happy to shift the blame to suppliers, however I have worked in telecoms long enough to know that `Avaya is not this unreliable.

Initial service was mis-sold as "Cloud" when it is just a Hosted PBX with no direct web access - only accessible for reporting & management via an 6DG connection.

Account management is woeful. We have been through 4 account managers in the past 12M. Account Managers don't seem to care about service issues or working on resolutions with customers. Service Desk function ignores tickets & staff who pick them up seem unqualified to follow to resolution.

Only good thing I have to say is about Service Manager who is quick to respond even if they can't help much.
