Returns should not be so expensive. My bracelet was too Small so I wanted to return it but it was almost more expensive to return it than to keep it. That really sucks

I didn't receive my package
I didn't receive my package. The delivery driver should of never left the package at another door. The unit number was on the billing address and was missed on the delivery address part by accident, the driver just left it at another door and I didn't get it. I emailed your company twice and went on chat and never received any responses on what to do next. Terrible experience

I ordered a bracelet but unfortunately, a different one arrived. I contacted the company and they arranged for a return and exchange. I received the correct bracelet about 4 weeks later. If it weren't for the incorrect delivery, I would have gave a higher rating.
