Placed my order on Feb 13-2026 - order has not even shipped yet and it is now Feb 26-2026. Not overly impressed at this point. Every order will not ship within 1 - 3 business days apparently. Will update once I've received it. Also, have not heard back from online support / chat either. Can't speak to the quality of the product.

Service was prompt and delivery was fast and easy. Customer service in my experience was excellent. I needed to arrange for a return due to a manufacturing fault on a purchase that was under warranty and Beverly handled my request with a level of personal courtesy and efficiency that was top level. I was sent out a full replacement at no cost to me. I was super happy with another purchase through this company for a stainless steel camping stove that is well built and had a surprisingly low price point. I would shop here again.

I have bought multiple home safety products from them. One thing I like about their product is the durability and fast shipping. With where things are now, I found their service valuable to Canadians

I’ve bought multiple items from this company both through amazon and directly from their store. I do prefer ordering through Amazon though as a prime member it really expedites shipping.

Our company has ordered a couple first aid medical kits from them in case our employees are injured. Theyre kits are high quality and have all the things you need in case of emergency. Shipping was fast we had some questions before we purchased staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend.

Had a fantastic ordering process with 72Hours. They were very responsive and customer support was so helpful. Everything was reasonably priced and I’m so glad to have ordered through them.

Big fan of the 200 portion emergency food supply. Comes in an easy to carry and store container. The meals were all tasty and I appreciated the diversity. Definitely the best quality emergency food kit I have tried.

It took a month for my order to leave the warehouse despite multiple email inquiries. Once I received it, an item was missing (I was reimbursed) and one item was wrong.
I left a two star review on their website but it was never posted

We ordered a water filter system - it arrived fast but with a minor issue. The problem was resolved promptly. Great customers service - thank you Beverly M. for the great experience.

They charge your credit card right away but fail to send all the items that were ordered, give you a bunch of excuses and false promises. It's been 3 weeks, still don't have my items. Avoid! Total scam.

Cant agree more with the last 2 reviews. They short shipped an order for me (missed 2 items). Sineado D. replied originally and had me take picture for proof and did send 1 item after that. When I replied to Sineado that the warehouse only sent 1 of the 2 items. (Still missing 1) - all communication went dead. No replies, no credit.

Placed an order that was time sensitive as the items were gifts for folks who were leaving the lower mainland by a certain date. The website states all orders shipped between 1-3 business days so when I placed the order there was plenty of time for delivery. On business day 4 I reached out asking where my order was. I was told they had a high number of orders so shipping was delayed. They also stated that my order would ship by the end of the week, which it didn't. They misrepresented themselves twice so I cancelled the order. The employee on the phone didn't seem to care. I asked them why they hadn't update their website to state shipping would take longer or reach out to customers who placed orders to say there were delays but the lack of interest in customer service was very visible. Hopefully they follow through with my refund as she said they would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company if you want to deal with one that cares about their customers.

Large dehydrated food order $600+, everything went threw no problem but then they called asking for more money for shipping after they already promised free shipping.

Finally they agreed on the phone to honor the advertisement but then never heard from them again.

Still haven't been refunded or shipped the order, I am dealing with the credit card company now to help get this resolved.

I had been looking for comfortable and quality KN95 Child Masks in Canada for my kids. I must say that I'm very satisfied with the product and the package arrived in less than 72 hours at no extra cost. Will order again from that small business for sure.
