Got my order canceled even after payment without any notice
Ordered a ASICS Gel NYC through their website and paid for it all done and even got the email saying the order is confirmed but after two days my order got canceled without any reason they didn’t provide. And I messaged them asking why my order is canceled they didn’t care to response: the worst experience.

Absolutely terrible store
Absolutely terrible store! I placed my order on March 24th, but the order status never changed. When I contacted the store, they replied saying there was a small delay and that they would ship it on April 8th.
On April 8th, I reached out again to ask when they would send my order — and they ignored my messages.
This morning, after still receiving no reply, I checked my account to see the order status — and saw that they had canceled my order! No notice, no explanation. After two weeks of waiting!
The result? Wasted time, frustration, and two weeks of stress!
After «750Kicks» responded to this review, I would like to add that I never received any email regarding the cancellation of my order. All my questions about the order were ignored both via email and on Instagram.
