Absolutely diabolical site!! Have recently deposited about £50 playing between 10p & 20p per spin and its an absolute RIP off.... played a new game called "Holy Mackeral Fishing Shark bait" had 3 features come in so that's 30 free spins altogether and not 1 Fisherman come in to collect any fish, Not even a low value collect. Uninstalled the app as its bloody awful. Wouldn't be so bad if feature actually give you something back once in a while.

I deposited £20 and received free spins. I won £2000. However, when requesting a pay-out, they drew my attention to the fact that I can only withdraw eleven times my initial deposit, so are paying me £240, and the remaining £1,760 is forfeited. What a con !

Was fast enough to deposit my £5000
But not quick enough with drawling £20000 from them , this was almost ten days ago I requested withdraw and had a email asking to verify something they wanted which I have done and still waiting for a response !!!
Even emailed them through the support email and their uk phone line doesn’t work!! Still no response , have all my evidence of my information and wins , so if it doesn’t get resolved I will take further actions

Honestly, I deposited the £20 and won £400 , I then withdrew it feeling Abit anxious, so I read these reviews and it made me even more worried about not receiving this money, after checking 20 mins later the 400 had gone into my bank, so not sure what people could be moaning about 👍

Can I just say I’m never the sort of person to leave reviews, but this company is beyond a joke.
I only joined a few days ago, relatively small deposits couple hundred pounds. Anyway had a little win tried to cash out £550.
Firstly they blocked the account, and requested photo ID and proof of payment method.
Fair enough, sent in driving license ID and proof payments ect through their site.
Then they come back and said the proof of payment didn’t show my name visible and to send in different screenshots.
This was done, starting to get fed up at this point up to 72h to review ID documents.
Called them by phone and said please just close the account and return the money I’ll go elsewhere in future.
Then they said to return the money we need proof of trustly account and Apple Pay. (I don’t even have a trustly account or Apple Pay, the transactions were done by bank transfer.
Ok then, please send in screenshots showing the transaction ID from the bank. This was then sent in again.
Now the latest is none of the ID is accepted because it doesn’t appear authentic, please send in either passport or Government ID card, both of which I don’t have.
I’ve read other reviews, seems to be a habit of 888 group guess don’t get 1.6 stars for nothing.
Just very disappointed, looks like I’ve got a fight on my hands now to get my money if at all, read on gambling commission site first need go through their complaints process, hardly see this going well or at any speed just generic emails from them. I appreciate gambling company’s have rules and ID requirements ect but never experienced nothing like this. Nothing wrong with my ID still valid and good quality photo.
Takes days to even get a reply the online chat just cut you off saying need to email or it’s a different department they dong deal with speak to operations, as I said bit of a rant but wish I read their reviews before joining.
No issues depositing though, seems you can lose as much as you like without problems, and in general site looks very good. (Just don’t withdraw)
