Suspicious Platform — Withdrawal Pending and Support Keeps Sending Copy-Paste Replies

My experience with 777DX.com has been very disappointing, and I have serious concerns about this platform's reliability.

I requested a withdrawal of 1.01 USDT through the TRC-20 network (PKR 285 according to the platform). My withdrawal remained stuck in “Withdrawing” status.

I contacted customer support multiple times and asked for a clear explanation and the blockchain transaction ID (TXID). Instead of addressing my questions, they repeatedly sent the same generic response about temporary payment-system problems.

They have not provided the transaction ID or a clear timeline for resolving my withdrawal.

This experience has made me lose trust in 777DX.com. I strongly advise other users to be cautious and think carefully before depositing their money. A platform should provide transparent payment information and meaningful support when users request withdrawals.

I cannot recommend 777DX.com based on my experience. I will update this review if my withdrawal is successfully resolved.
