Ignorance
Do not buy from this company if you think you might ever need customer support.
I lost the lens cap for my fisheye lens and needed to purchase a replacement. I've sent two polite emails to their Customer Service address and even sent a message via Instagram over the past few weeks.
The result? Absolute silence. Not even a "we received your request" auto-reply.
It's shocking to receive zero response for a simple, paying customer inquiry. If they can't be bothered to help me give them money for a small part, I have zero confidence they would help with a serious warranty or repair issue.
Save yourself the hassle and look at other brands that value their customers.
