My experience since making a small deposit on this site has been an absolute joke. I deposited £10 after deciding to try a new site. BIG MISTAKE. I actually turned my deposit into £60 . It was actually nice to win for a change. However when I attempted to withdraw they have used every excuse known to man. I have provided various forms of id and yet they still find excuses not to pay. Unless you want similar grief and disappointment do not get involved with this company. Andrew Higham

I can’t complain about withdrawals like other players on here. My experience has been although they take much longer than other sites once fully verified you do get your money. My complaint is the amount of dead spins you get. There is zero gameplay. Doesn’t matter how much you deposit and there is no opportunity to build to a decent win. You win more on lower stakes than you ever win on higher ones. Take take take. All uk sites are now too heavily stacked in the casinos favour so us players making them millions have to suffer. They will all suffer in the long run as players close their accounts. I used to love playing here as there are very few glitches and they have an excellent variety of games but now they are far too greedy. Hundreds of ££’s and very little return is a joke.

This site is a joke! Try to withdraw and they want your life history however, they are very happy to take a deposit immediately. I have sent my ID already and yet, they are still asking for it! If not received by later today, I will be reporting them to the commission and trading standards!

Update:

The parent company and CEO / Owner is Roy M. I emailed him at roy-at-anakatech.com and within an hour, my withdrawal was in my account after threatening him that I will complain to the gambling commission. I urge you all to do the same. I have now closed my account and have asked for my documents to be destroyed. I urge you all to do the same!

Unfortunately, for now, I should only have given them two stars; one after my last conversation with Costumer Support. I received my payments without any problems the two previous times I received them within two hours. I've been waiting for my payment since Saturday. I submitted the documents they requested a second time because my account had already been verified. Unfortunately, when I ask how the processing is going, I always get the same answer. The last consultant I spoke with was unpleasant and not very helpful. This is sad because I believe they're there to help. Victoria, however, whom I spoke with earlier, was very helpful and kind. I'm still waiting for my payment; if I finally receive it, I'll change my rating.

Payouts are the worst I’ve ever experienced . They blame it on having to do it manually well that’s your choice. Payouts are really slow. Over a day and a half and still haven’t even processed it. Absolutely disgusting in this day and age. If you can’t payout then just give up

Withdrawal requests are taking 2 or a week . This practice has no legal reason. It is withholding customer's money and used for other businesses. This is a scam. They shouldn't let a customer credit his account before being verified. They asked a copy of your bank card. Never provide it unless you want to gift customer service. This can be used online for purchases. I am surprised the police hasn't been involved.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using 7bet.co.uk. After depositing money through their site, the payments on my bank statement were actually charged under Winomania.co.uk, a completely different company. This is unacceptable and raises major concerns about transparency and consumer protection.

I managed to get refunds for several transactions only after disputing them through my bank, as 7bet refused to take responsibility. If this has happened to you, contact your bank immediately and dispute the transactions, explaining that the merchant name doesn’t match the company you deposited with.

If 7bet do not resolve this, I strongly advise contacting their ADR provider to escalate the matter — ADRs can force refunds if the operator is found in the wrong. I’ve already contacted the UK Gambling Commission to open a dispute regarding additional payments still unrefunded.

Unless this issue is properly addressed, I’ll continue escalating and sharing updates publicly. Other customers deserve to be aware of this situation before depositing money here.

Genuinely the worst bookies out there by a mile

As every other review says, they will do absolutely anything to keep your money. Made withdrawing absolutely impossible, you don't get a reply for 5 working days at very least, payments been stuck "in process" For eternity. Awful company

After using chat GPT to produce an email stating in full that I will take action against this company if they do not release my funds immediately they coughed up and paid out. Please, do not use these guys, there are so many better bookies out there

Genuinely one of the worst paying sites I have ever seen deposited £60 and won 30p, tried my luck with another £10 and won £15 so tried to take it and the amount of documents they want is ridiculous happy to take your money but will do everything to stop you withdrawing, listen to the reviews and avoid

I signed up to 7bet due to them being the only company following u17 world cup.
I placed a fairly substantial bet on england u17 game,read the negative comments thinking the worse.
Quite the opposite withdrew monies n winnings,no issues at all.

Stay away from the corrupt betting site trust me it's impossible to withdraw,they ask for documents so obviously you send what they ask for and everytime they refuse and make excuses,so if you win you lose because this betting site has corruption written all over it,I've sent atleast 6 or 7 different document passport,proof of address bank card screenshot you name it I've sent it,they come at you this is not excepted and that's not excepted,I've just got off the phone call to the ukgc who are going to investigate the betting site,I've ibas and ecogra and im going to ring the police fraud team after all they are defrauding people every single day.please just stay away the betting site is corrupt it really is,and I hope the ukgc revokes there licence.nothing but scammers
