Dishonest and rude shop assistant

Dishonest and rude shop assistant. The girl made the mistake first and forgot to scan my membership again, made me lost in the fuel lock discount.

When I pointed it out, she tried to accused me of not showing my membership card and not guiding her how to use the register, so it's all of my fault and refused for any further help to the mistake.

I have never been treated so rudely at any petrol station and will not be visiting 7 eleven Etham again. There are other brands who can provide good customer service in similar price, why did I choose to revisit 7 eleven to be insulted?
