You can't complain about the service because there isn't any!
So far we have been on the phone waiting in excess of three hours over a 2 day period waiting to get help after our account was blocked. UBank is affiliated with National Australia Bank so we spoke with them in the hope of getting our account fixed after it was blocked. The NAB said they couldn't help us. During this time, you are forced to listen to the most repetitive and annoying wait "music".
This is the most disgraceful and useless bank in Australia. Closed my account with no prior notice whatsoever! Cant login to the app, cant use the debit card and cant access MY money. These guys have a MASSIVE lawsuit coming their way and deserve to be shut down for the horrible experience they've given. I am not alone in this. Check all their latest reviews. What a JOKE!
1 hour on the customer service line and still no answer! 86 400 is gone trash after they begun migrating to Ubank
