It's very rude! I tried to register, but they canceled it and didn’t respond when I asked for the reason. I wrote at least 3-4 times to find out why, but they don’t care at all.

Not recomended
I do not recommend doing business with them. I placed two orders, and both were horrible. The first order I placed took more than two months without receiving an item; the products never left the warehouse. I waited weeks until I asked them to cancel the order. With the second order, when the items arrived, more than 50% were scratched, missing parts, or damaged. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I filed my complaint, Rich called me with a terrible attitude, sounding very aggressive, saying that issuing a refund would be very complicated and involve a lot of process, all with excuses and an aggressive tone of voice, not even letting me speak. Truly awful service.

Major Red Flags
Very strange application process. They were asking for payment and shipping information through emails as well as a copy of our public domain display certificate after giving them several copies of our REV-1220 and barcoded copies of our Pa. revenue id's with the Department of State.
When they started asking for our public domain display license we put the brakes on the application because they are either severely inexperienced or are are fishing for information.
We never manually send payment information through emails. This is a major red flag. Beware.
We have over 2 dozen suppliers and are a well established business in the state of Pennsylvania and have never had a supplier fish for information like this.
Usually just a REV-1220 is all that is required.

I have been using 888Lots for over a year now. Contacting them through WhatsApp is definitely the way to go for support. They are extremely helpful and responsive.
