They refused to let me cash out
I had 400 euro in my account, they completely refused to let me cash out and after a few years of claiming my money back they stopped replying to me. I recently managed to log into my account and the funds are not there anymore, I asked an explanation and they never replied. Just to be clear, I've never been banned or anything like that. This was just due to poor service from their employees.

Alright, here is my honest opinion about 888 in a nutshell.
I would've given 3 stars but what they done to my account after 3 months brake left me speechless.
I used poker app 888 with some little casino 888 attached to it and I have been playing there for just ove 2 years. Mostly freerolls but sometimes top up few hundreds and play casino games.
I mean just the fact i never managed to got to the withdrawal area should tell you enough but hej
you may think.... im a tilting looser so i couldn't withdraw. Wwell thats not the case.
So here it is bad and good points as I want to be as fair as i possibly can.
1. 888poker
Good point :
-easy to use app with only little hiccups.
-shiiit tons of freeroll tournaments daily
Bad points:
- tournament lists is constantly jumping making it so hard to navigate through it.
-progress bar for account to level up gets stuck.
-daily promotion wheel where you can win all sort of shiiit is super fixed and despite agents reassuring me its not - i have proof which is my usage of it for 3 months straid every day and screenshottung each outcome.
And NO BODY GONNA TELL ME that is random. It landed on exactly same, lowest possible outcome 1free cheap tournament ticket FOR ALL 90 DAYS.
And I sugesst to whoever is gonna comment under my review to calculate the odds of hitting same place 1 out of i think 10 or 12 available 90 times in a row.
The odds are mathematically astronomical, simply impossible in real life.
2. 888 casino (within the poker app)
Good points:
- easy to use , fast loading friendly interface.
- tons of games from tons of providers
-daily freebie with few spins in it that sometimes can pay up to few quid (thats it... few quid and even that is lot better than pokerstars. their spins can pay 0 several days in a row LOL)
-quick but useless response from customer service.
Bad Points:
- Games pays are super bad with lower RTP. Its either games are rigged with lowered rtp (which should not be as they come from providers ) or the account has to be manageable to increase and decrease potential so called luck of the account holder.
-I will drop the rest of the bad points in my summary as its very important to see and understand just how bad this company is.....
Summary:
Regardless of what I experienced and how bad it was I would probably continue to play there even for the sake of the freerolls and perhabs even lose some money for my better luck of a judgement at a any given session and while havind few pints but recent outcomes simply shocked me. I took brake from UK for 3 months i went to Japan and there is no legal gambling in Japan so none of the uk casinos will even load up the page unless u use vpn.I dont and I didn't I had perfect holiday and when i came back and started up my account to play - I realised my account was stripped naked from any freebies there can possibly be. No wheen,no bonuses, no free shiiity tournament tickets....nothing. I thought it maybe an error so I investigated. Restarted the app, installed it again, fuccked about in setting and nothing. Then in the end i contacted support.
They litteraly told me ALL THE FREE PERKS HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM ME FOR GOOD by the decision of some inteligents in their 888 department. I asked, why? wasn't that the privilege of the depositing players to have this daily freebies as per your terms and conditions. I am one of your depositing players so? Why am I being single out and cheated out of your own agreements?
To what the agent replied:That correct and It also states in our terms and conditions that we can revoke this privileges if we choose to at any time.
Well so you did, so you did 888
I the very next thing i did was screenshot everything , log out and never use your services again plus share this info and proofs with everyone to spare them from their misery of playing at your site.

Everyone who has left a negative review, especially from UK, why don't all start and apply for a petition? UK government website give anyone option to start a petition and anyone can vote. With 1500 horrendous reviews, that's already more than enough to get official authorities to suspend this site and even maybe prosecute this organisation with the full force of the law. 100% rigged. Lost now 10-20 showdowns in a row when Ive been atleast 75% favorite to win. Do the math. Its bigger chance to win at powerball than to this happen over and over again.
