I am trying to find out why my account has been blocked from receiving bonuses. I have asked Live Chat they told me to email. I emailed 2 months ago and no one has responded. Then I was told to go on Reddit but they told me to go on Live Chat. I wrote a review on here and 888 responded by telling me to let them know my account details but they didn't tell me where to send the details and I am unable to respond to them on here. Is it some kind of sick joke? Does 888 really despise their customers this much? I've been trying to find out why this decision was made for literally weeks. When will I ever get any kind of proper response?

A scam 100% do not play online “crazy time” especially as the wheel is on a motor and is stopped on purpose. I’m not sure how they’re getting away with it it’s illegal what they’re doing.

After 9 days of waiting to get my verification, i took the rest of my deposit out that day. If you want to play high stakes poker for real money with other bots then be my guest, out of several games i saw 4 of a kind come up 5 times, and again out of several games i had the same cards (exactly) 4 times, i think one person i met was real (probably AI is very good these days), they say these coincidences happen because the game is faster playing than normal, i tried to explains it was the number of hands not the time that had elapsed that had these very strange coincidences, but did not get an answer back because the email was obviously written by.... yep you guessed it, A Bot. dont waste your time with this for Gawds sake

In reply to 888poker response. My username was attached to this. You don’t offer email support and the customer service on live chat and the woman on the phone was rude and not interested. Look into the for me before I take it to the UK Gambling Commission.
Do not use.
Having played with 888poker/casino for a few years no issue.
I had an email on the 5th November stating I have net deposit limit set on my account by 888. This limit was $1300 dollars per month.
I was the allowed to deposit over $5000 on the 5th and 6th November.
Contacted them on chat and they were rude and told me they hadn’t broken any gambling regulations.
Had a call off them and I explained the same, I was told she would raise this as a high priority and I will receive an email. They have no email support anymore where you can email. You can only receive them.
Does anyone know who I can contact regarding them breaching this.. because with a net deposit limit. $1300 dollars is the maximum from the 5th November - over $5000 was deposited and used.

This place is a sham with a highly suspect RNG. Never felt so distrustful of a poker site as I do playing here. The "blast" games are unreal with the constant set ups and the tournys are just as bad. Busting out and never playing here again. There are better places to play. Their endless youtube shills can get in the sea as well!

It's a scam. They froze my account with the plan to unlock it after my deposit bonus worth $900 had expired. I have legal action pending against them that they think will pass but will not, I plan to chase this all the way regardless of legal costs.

This online site is a scam best avoided. They put up every kind of hurdle to stop you withdrawing your funds. If you complain your chances of winning go way down. Some very suspect plays on this site or the algorithm is set against you.

I joined 888 and was NEVER even able to find a game of online Poker let alone play it. Very complicated. I didn't take up the "bonus" offer as this is just a method of getting you to spend more money for very little return. All I wanted to do was sign up, deposit money and start playing. It's as if 888 just want you to deposit money and then not play. Ridiculous - stay away!

The most atrocious and amateurish poker software you'll ever find.
If your internet cuts out for even a split second, the entire software immediately crashes and can't be restored without restarting, and then you can kiss goodbye to all the money you had invested in your hands. So the desktop software is literally unusable on wifi.
And to make it even better, every time the software crashes, it just deletes all your player notes you've made on people, which is potentially months of work and can cost you serious money.
I remember this being an issue when I tried 888 poker years ago, which means they don't make any attempt to update and improve their software problems, clearly.

Absolutely brutal. THE DEPOSIT MATCH BONUS IS WORTHLESS. I deposited $250 to get $250. I know I’m roughly a break even player so I figured I’d play the $250 and then get the matched deposit. Well, turns out you have to play $1000 not $250. Ok annoying but not such a big deal. Played the $1000 worth and 250 bankroll is down to 215. But I go to collect my $250 deposit bonus. Oops I get $10 and every subsequent $1000 I play I get another $10 until I reach $250. So I have to play $25000 in order to get $250. Deposit match my ass. The misleading should be criminal.

Lost a significant proportion (if not all) all-in’s, I am seriously dubious that by playing poker on this site, you are on a level playing field.
Feels a lot like it’s rigged.
Update…
888 poker replied, with information which was NOTHING to do with my original post! Good effort with attention to detail folks

On 11 August 888poker stole $10.00 from my poker account and when I send them proof and ask them for money back they respond with rubbish.
Eleonora said my visa was declined but I didn't use a visa
Other support people say they will look into it but they don't reply.
There are honest poker sites out there

well, if you just want to lose money, then you can play here, but if you win, you will most likely not withdraw money. because where the bank statement is suitable for address confirmation everywhere and in such giants as pokerstars or natural8 not here. there is no support either online or emai, someone posted it on reddit, but there the forum is the forum. so don't waste your time, because some people on reddit wrote that after 6 months we will only get the money. the website works crookedly, half of the files cannot be uploaded because there are constant technical obstacles and delays

Opened an account and deposited some money. Account frozen and you are pushed to a verify page. I send the documents they require and then they ask for more. I send them and nothing, no reply no account. You cannot chat as you cannot log in, the site and App make it impossible for you to communicate with them just putting you in a verify loop.
I have now been using Resolver for a week to just try and cancel the account and have my money returned.
Surprise they now want copies of my bank card. This is crazy and just feels like a scam. Without doubt one of the worst companies I have ever been involved with, avoid!
What a shock, I get the generic reply every complaint gets and its means nothing. Even gives instructions on how to speak to someone, which by the way doesn’t work if they lock you out of your account. Appalling service but from my experience with 888 what I expected.
