That's so incredible

Ive order item from here 4 plus months ago. There yet to give me my money back or my items. They've also never responded back to me in away!!!!

Do not buy from them is a scam, after they took 3 month to send my products it was NOTHING like what I order..and now they refused to refund me my money..
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This company is not real . I did order face covers over a month ago and never recieved it .

I bought very expensive face masks to protect my family from the Corona Virus and it has been almost a month, and my orders have not arrived. They have a horrible customer service, only one email and no one responds to it. The tracking only says that it has been received in the post office in China. They never mentioned that it was going to take so long and that they were shipped from China. Horrible experience! I will never buy from 88mallonline!

Hair drying head towels touted as completely drying hair. Not only did it not work as advertised, it wasn't even big enough to fit!

I ordered a hair straightener to be like the one in their add but all I got is a small plastic toy with very poor materials and almost no heat. No returns or refunds. When I complained they answered me that it is the same in their video and very clear it is not!!!!!

They suck !!
I ordered from them on July 20th and still have not received my order. After many emails sill nothing.

The bad thing about it is, it's all automated replies,
you don't actually deal with a living being.

Guess I'll chalk it up as a lesson learned.

If 0 stars were an option they would get that. TOTAL SCAM. They take your money, a month later show it arriving in the US, then "Delivered". I have serious doubts they ever even ship anything. .it definitely WAS NOT delivered ... Not to me, anyway. And they will not do anything to help track it, even tho THEIR ELECTED COURIER COMPANY doesnt speak English, and refuse to do anything to make it right. ITS A SCAM PEOPLE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

100% Scammers

I made a purchase a few months ago. When I got it I was not happy. I emailed them and asked how I could return. They don't take returns. And besides, I ordered Back on July 20th. Way back then!!! I just received them around August 8th. I Wrote back and said I'll never purchase from them again and I will tell my friends. I know they aren't concerned......it just made me feel better for a second. Trash!!

WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!!
I have been after them for months to get a refund on this crap they send me that is already falling apart. Today they FINALLY RESPONDED after god knows how many emails that they cannot help me b/c it has been more than 30 days (yes it has BC they DO NOT respond)!! I am filing with the BBB, paypal, my bank and the FTC.

Another one of these Chinese outfits that send junk, then makes you mail it back to China to get the refund. This costs about $40 for something small & under a pound to mail from the US.
