Signed up on 14/10/25, taking note of their 14 day moneyback guarantee if I wasn't satisfied with the service. After a few days of testing I decided I wasn't satisfied, the main reason being the complete lack of response when I submitted some requests for assistance with my website. I submitted a refund request on 24/10/25, well within the 14 day period, only to be fobbed off several times, and then to cap it all, they suggested I contact the reseller (Paddle), who unsurprisingly directed me back to 8b! A dispute has now been raised via Paypal, which seems to be the only way I'm going to get my money back.

To anyone reading this: Do not trust their 14 day moneyback 'guarantee' and do not expect any support if you run into issues.

Not a great site builder keeps rearranging the blocks itself in different areas of the page, it says SSL, but no not working as I expected. To top that up cancelled my subscription and sent an email for a refund, they a ridiculous not one email back. They take your money for a rubbish site you can't even use. Help support nil. Don't ever go to 8b for your website solutions or hosting you'll regret it just like I did.

Peux rien faire en réalité à part ce que eux ont décidé qu’on allait pouvoir faire avec leur site tous les sites sont sectionné par secteur d’activité ce qui n’est pas vraiment flexible, J’essaye tout simplement d’avoir un site type immobilier avec les outils Hôteliers pour mes locations saisonnières comme le calendrier de réservation des biens disponibles une chose aussi simple que ça n’est même pas possible sur 8b c’est plus un site pour blogs. L’Open source est synonyme de liberté mais j’ai l’impression dans Une application iOS archaïque, c’est pas du tout concluant! !!!!

Can't do anything in reality except what they decided we would be able to do with their site all the sites are sectioned by sector of activity which is not really flexible, I simply try to have a real estate type site with Hoteliers tools for my seasonal rentals such as the reservation calendar of available properties a thing as simple as it is not even possible on 8b it is more a Open source is synonymous with freedom but I have the impression in An archaic iOS application, it's not at all conclusive!!!

I regret ever touching this piece of crap.

I wasted so much time filling the website with information, and then! No SSL support, they cancel my subscription out of nowhere. Support doesn't reply to my messages. Now I'm looking for an alternative, but what I hate most is that I have to do it all over again.

NO SSL support whatsoever. Contacted them several times only for them to tell me how 'odd' that is, and to keep refreshing my site.
If you are building a website, go find another company that provides more support than none at all.
Ridiculous.

I spent nearly a week bashing my head trying to figure out why the hell SSL wasn't working properly. Turns out they don't support FQDN . You just have to go with yourdomain.com (without the www) as a website.
Support is really super annoyingly slow. You've got an answer around 2 days later.
On top of that sometimes published site isn't what you edited...

Easiest builder I've been on. Happy with the result so far. Let's see what response I get....

Can't login system won't let me. Either massive error or I just got duped.

8b is super easy to use no matter how much experience with HTML you have. I'm pleased with my website hosted on 8b.
