I have been playing 8 Ball pool for about 7 years. Yesterday I was playing the game and an advertisement for Clean me an app to clean up your phot. I did not proceed with the app. I ignored it. When I went back to the game, 5 million coins had disappeared. I contacted MiniClip and they took the position that I must have shared my login with someone. They said there is nothing they could do.
SO BEWARE!!!!’nn

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who gets cheated, they should call this game "Cheaters " I've been playing for a few years and I've had this situation where I make one of my balls and then it gives it to the other person as if I had missed or ran out of time ⏲️. They ask for a date of this experience but it's happened so many times I would probably fill the whole calendar 📅.

The game is not to bad but the reason for my rating is. They put me up against players at least too times or 4 times higher than my level I'm a level 84. Also when you open a surprise box or victory box you don't get what was supposed to be in side and this didn't happen before but now it happens frequently. Please fix your game people.

Doesn’t matter how much you want to send the white ball into the pocket, or snooker me on the black ball, I will not, ever, be subscribing.

I potted the 8 ball off the cushion & won the game. Then second later black ball back non the table the other guy cheated & won. How is this possible????????????????

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME. FULL OF CHEATS & DODGY HACKS.

I have been playing a while and enjoy game for most part however it's very geared towards trying to get you to spend money and I really don't like that it doesn't always allow me to make the wadger amount I want so I end up spending alot of coins backing out of matches I didn't even want to enter

The hackers in this game so they think they can play.....what a bunch of cheaters...

On this last game, I was just scrolling to get to a game that wasn't going to cost me more than 500 mill to play, well,as soon as I had touched it, the game just began when I only wanted to scroll past it, took all my saved up $, then to play against someone in the Phillipines who was ranked double, I was on the black ball, had the purfect lined up shot straight down the alley, and to my shock the ball curved away from the hole, I would've won,(but I lost) and I have mastered this shot skillfully heaps of times, so p**s'd off with playing it now. I couldn't believe it, watching it unfold. Sad that this game has to have so many cheats that can't play a game with skill, honesty and fairness, how can people play and feel good about themselves, if they cheat, includes the manufactures of the game, putting you with other players that are out of your league, and or rewarding those that buy into the game, by controlling the balls in the game, so you loose, horrible stuff. It would be a great game if it didn't have all this "BS" to contend with 😞

The developers of this game are broad day light armed robbers! If you spend any amount of money on this platform. Go do a charge back from Apple or your bank ! They are thieves! A game where you will play over 100 times I mean 100 times before you get to have a chance to play for money. That is if you are not stupid enough to know better not to deposit money that you will never win coz you are playing blind! With an automated thief machine ! Don’t be stupid I beg you to go spend your money on charity than waste your time ! And if you ever win, I bet you, you can’t win twice in a row ! And if you do trust me you will wish you never did !

Cheaters everywhere !!! What's the point in reporting users if any action is performed ??!! The anti-cheat system is ridiculous !! I am very disappointed

Over the last week I have won games but none of the winnings have been credited to my total and been relegated twice ,even though I had won sufficient to stay in the league .its strange that the entrance fee is deducted but no winnings added.time to delete this game now.

Every aspect of this game is designed to encourage you to spend money - fair enough!
BUT not when you invest time and money to constantly encounter 'hackers'. I mean what's the point - it just negates any value to the game. Interestingly, I had a Guest account that bizarrely got deleted. Despite having the Username and ID number the tech support team wouldn't/couldn't get it back. You should not be forced to login in via Facebook to 'save' you game - it's a joke especially when all the hackers continue to build up long term accounts without being deleted.
Developers should sort this out.

I been playing this game a long time however there is now so many cheats on this game it's disgusting, 5 out of 10 games are by cheats you can't win against was once a good game now just run by cheats how is that fun for them I will never understand

I have been a player at this game for several years...as I have reported before...the higher players, when they have abmislably failed against an opponent considerably less than them...you WILL scratch REPEATEDLY... GUARANTEED...and if you have made it to the 8 ball...you will scratch on the DEATH SHOT!!!!!!!!!!

Ohh boy. The cheats/ hackers/ losers in life are back with a vengeance. For about 2/3 months, things were going well. The odd cheat every 8/10 games( 15 million and above) . A good average. I’m not sure what’s happened, but every game, I mean every game , is against a cheat.I never realised there were so many losers in the world. These knuckle draggers are paying good money to let a computer win their games for them. What possible satisfaction can they be getting by letting a robot win their games for them? Go figure. If Miniclip are getting a cut from all this, good luck. All the honest, genuine players will eventually disappear and all that will be left are the cheats. Against fellow cheats. Ohh well, ours is not to wonder why, ours is but to just stop playing.

Built my account up to 16 Million; logged out. The next day only had 2 million. I contact support twice and they won’t return my stollen coins.
No support at all. They are robbers!
DON’T PUT ANY MONEY INTO THIS APP AS THEY STEAL IT.
I would like 8ball support to return my stollen coins.
Regardless of the poor support and complaints about AI; this is a fun app if ones wins or loses but the fact of having stollen coins and asked support to help and they didn’t respond and replace my stollen coins is poor. They did respond by AI email but did not resolve my complaint.
So, I still say NEVER PUT ANY REAL MONEY INTO THIS APP AS THERE IS NO SUPPORT WHEN IT IS STOLLEN.

This is gaming at its worst! The programming is designed to cheat players, and allow others to tun cheat programs. There allowing them to make completely impossible shots continuously. If you want to play fair, and play a legit game against fair players, this is not the game. I have complained to the operators and programmers and it just gets worse.

How is this sh...te a pool game, just played 6 games, I mean 🤔 not 1 break out of the 6 games and just watched the other player pot all the balls 6 times. Shut the game down after X6 watching someone pot all the balls This is not a pool game when you never get a shot

For the past few days there are no players showing online in 9 ball pool, special play,(no guidelines) and none on 8 ball pool above the $10,000 game. What gives?
