Shipping is pretty timely for being overseas. They are always great with customer service if I have a question or want to check the status of an order. Great quality, good pricing. And they add a lot of new items often so you are never bored. I have been working with them for about 2 years now and I am happy with them

I've bought supplies from 8Seasons for many years now and have been happy with the quality and service, and have not had errors on any of my orders. There have been times when I have used up my supplies over the course of 4 or 5 years, and then would like to reorder, but in the meantime the items become discontinued. So I have submitted requests to see if I can still get the items, and receive prompt answers, and sure enough they find a way to get them made again, even with modifications when I've asked for them. Very happy with their great customer service and providing of products!

I find all your items lovely & at a good price.
I have a problem with the sizes. I'm not good at figuring out the sizes and was disappointed to see how tiny some items are but that is NOT your fault but mine for not converting the measurements properly. I will have to take better care in converting to inches next time.
