I have to say these guys are top notch
I have to say these guys are top notch. I upgraded my Pedal Maverick to a Pedal Viking after some minor issues that were more about personal taste (and a bit of a mechanical gripe that would have been solved easily if I wanted) and they could not have been more accomodating. Even though I was out of the window for their "love it or swap it" offer, they extended it allowing for the fact that weather and travel meant I didn't really have time to test the bike out. No hassles, great upgrade prices and amazing attention to detail. I need to replace an electric mountain bike and I'd rather these guys do it for me than the original e-bike specialists.
