Transaction was fast and delivery was on time. The bike is nice and sturdy. Quality wise it fits the price. The only issue I have is that I can’t fold the folding bike that I bought. I have tried so many times and take note I follow the procedure but it’s just too hard.

I had ordered a helmet online as it wasn't available in the local stores, however it did not fit well. I was able to take it into my closest store at College Park SA and they refunded the cost and was able to help me to choose a similar and better fitting helmet. A little bit of an upsell, but much more satisfied with the result.

Ordered the product and specifically put on the order instructions ‘Post to my PO Box’. This didn’t happen and with the address slightly incorrect on the order, the parcel went back and forth for almost 3 weeks before it was finally delivered to the correct address. It was an absolute nightmare

Good advice from people who ride bikes themselves and friendly service

It was not clear that the bike had to assembled when purchasing. In addition, the front brake does not fit the bike and having no ability to get to the bike store means there is only the back brake in use.

Ordered some Shimano parts that are generally not available on the generic on-line vendors. Used the pickup service and everything worked well.

I bought my Wahoo heart rate monitor on line. Picked it up early next morning, great staff very helpful.

I was after a new tyre. It was easy to find what I wanted on-line, check local availability & then place a click-&-collect. My order was ready when I got to the store - just show ID, collect order and go!

The Staff made sure an issue with a purchased item was dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner.

There was an issue with the bike service, after I raised it, the team owned it and corrected it.

99 bikes have great prices and an exceptional range of products, but also provide excellent service. I have bought many items over the years and any time I have ever had an issue they have gone above and beyond to help resolve warranty issues and help out. Can’t recommend them enough.

Great experience picking up a new bike. The chain wasn’t operating smoothly in gear change when doing the handover check and the workshop mechanic worked for a long time trying to adjust and ended up replacing the whole part. Excellent quality assurance and pride in both product and service. Thanks team!

The staff in the service department are always willing to help me out. As a mum of two teens I am constantly having to deal with bike break downs that I don't know how to deal with. Knowing the staff are always there to fit in a puncture rr little repairs is a big relief.

My ONLINE PURCHASE of new Shimano brakes was dispatched from College Park (Adelaide) quickly and efficiently. Self fitting ... no problem. My only complaint is that there is no 99Bikes shop in Mount Barker (SA) which is a rapidly expanding suburb with an ever expanding network of cycle paths and cycling population. We do have one highly overpriced bike shop in Mount Barker but local cyclists would appreciate a more reasonably priced alternative. I would certainly visit 99Bikes more frequently if there was a local outlet.
