I had an accident on my e bike, I took my bike to Osborne Park (I am a current customer) they were not able to fix the bike at the time but I was given excellent advice from Peter. They kept the bike until I could source spare parts (they did not have the size tyres for my bike). I will be returning to have my e bike and my normal bike for a service. Thank you Peter for your patience!

Via the online customer service team. Clicked on a Google ad where they advertised free delivery over $75, with no conditions. This was false, delivery was $100 and customer service made no effort to honor their advertisement or offer reduced shipping. I went to Elite Racing Cycles in North Perth instead who's customer service was outstanding and same priced bike at 99bikes.

Good price and service

Mirror scratched and not even wrapped in any way to protect.
It was a Store transfer from Scarborough to Midland.
It was a present so even more disappointing.
Wouldn’t take much to improve on this.

I took my road bike into 99 bikes for a service. The staff were very knowledgeable and gave me numerous tips about how to maintain the bike. The service was also completed quickly. A special thank you to Denham, who helped me when I returned to pick up the bike. The bike now looks like new, as it was cleaned as well!

Advice provided by Peter (Osborne Park Store) as to the most suitable bicycle for my application, the supply and modification of the bicycle and after sales service was superb. Would definitely recommend them to friends.

I recently ordered a 'special order' item onlineprior to Christmas, with the expectation of a 10 day delivery timeframe. I was extremely excited to receive the item before Christmas.
Very happy with the service and delivery.

Prompt, professional and friendly service. I ordered a bike one week before Christmas and it was assembled and ready for pick up in 3 days - perfect timing for Christmas.

Bought my son a balance bike and picked it up from the Osborne Park store.
The guys were so lovely to assemble the bike for me and my toddler had the best time watching them using all the tools and interacting with the staff.

I have made a number of purchases from 99 Bikes at Osborne Park [WA] recently and on each occasion have received professional and very helpful service.

I have never left a review before.. but I have never been as blown away as I was by the staff at the Osborne Park branch…

I was a little nervous before visiting the store to pick up my first mountain bike as an adult (I haven’t ridden since I was a kid so my knowledge is 0), but I was so thankful of how patient and happy the staff were to pass on their knowledge to me.

They educated and directed me towards the accessories I would need starting out, while steering me away from the products I wouldn’t need just yet. One of them even helped pick out the best helmet for me based on his recommendation, which was below mid-range price, so they weren’t just selling to sell, which is so rare yet so appreciated!

I know it may not mean much but thank you again to all the staff at the 99 Bikes, Osborne Park! You have given me the much needed confidence to step back into a 99 Bikes store as a total newbie, and have a grateful customer for life based on my experience :).

Purchased kids' 12" bike online and service was amazing had a text to say its been built and when the bike was ready for collection. Easy to deal with in Osborne park
