Very poor service
Very poor service. My son took his cycle to repair a sound coming from his cycle in the last week of January. After a week they said the issue is sorted and told us there is a charge of $70. When he went to pick up the cycle the issue was still there. When he mentioned that then they told him to leave the cycle with them again to check. They called us again next day to mention the issue is with the fork and as the cycle is still under warranty they need to wait for the supplier. It's April, still we haven't got our cycle back. Very very poor after service from 99 cycles Pennant Hills.

Outstanding Customer Service
I went in to pick up some click and collect kids' bike lights. I got talking with the retail assistant and told her that I also needed a set of basic reflectors.. and did they sell these also? 99 Bikes don't sell them, but the lady found me a set out the back.. no charge. Outstanding customer service.

PENNANT HILLS rocks, CASTLE HILL sux
I bought a bike from Castle Hill in Nov, being from the Hunter Valley, I contacted them to get the 1st service a few weeks before I had to travel to Sydney again in Jan (It's not as if I live around the corner). Not a chance with these blokes, absolutely not interested or even interested in helping. I then called Pennant Hills shop. These guys could not have been more helpful, seriously, they were fantastic and I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

About rude and immature Team Leader - Kevin Saviwongchan 99 Bikes NSW, Pennant Hills
We've returned the mechanically faulty bike 5 days after the purchase due to incapable of meeting the normal riding standards. Kevin's bluntly refused to swap to an expensive bike with no fair reason. The gear chain has came off causing me near miss with a car. Their Chinese staff tried to brush off actual facts with unnecessary reasons before listening to real situation. What can you do with a bicycle failed after 1st ride and within 5 days after the purchase? Kevin doesn't comply with 99 Bikes rules. He's applying his own policy with rude attitude. This unfair decision he's made destroyed my whole family holiday. Bicycle is very important due to COVID issue where you can enjoy holiday safely.

You have admitted that you have heavily scratched the bike frame in multiple spots during the process of putting it on/off your bike rack, resulting in the bike not meeting the terms and conditions of our perfect ride guarantee here https://www.99bikes.com.au/perfect-ride
If your bike does not meet the guidelines within minor wear, you may be charged an additional fee to exchange bikes. In the case of major wear or damage (scratches on frame, damaged components etc) any exchange will take place at the discretion of 99 Bikes.
The scratches are so heavy that are store has no option but to not accept the bike for an exchange.
I note that they have offered to repair the other problems you have noted.
They have also advised you abusive towards the staff in store, swearing at them frequently. Which is something that we do not tolerate.

Excellent team at 99 bikes. Great advice from the Artarmon shop who found the perfect bike for my son at their Pennant Hills store. Ken from the Pennant Hills team went the extra mile by getting the bike ready for us very quickly so we could collect the bike ASAP. Thanks team 99!
