Ordered a Small Jersey using click and collect. The Jersey was ready for collection within about an hour of placing the order. Pick up was simple and quick however I later noticed that the Jersey size was actually Medium. I decided to keep the item anyway as it was a gift for my son and he will grow into it sooner or later and he doesn't mind it being a bit big for him at the moment.

99 Bikes caters for those of us who believe there is more to cycling than 11 speed electronic transmissions, radially spoked wheels, and feather-weight carbon-fibre frames.

Would have given 5 starts except for giving me the incorrect bike rack, however it was quickly rectified and I've continued to shop there without issue.

I bought the bike online and an hour later got a phone call to say the bike was not in store and that their stock system was not really good. I was told they would have it from the supplier in 3 weeks and they did. The service from Dylan was very good, and the pick up went smoothly.
The phone service is very poor, but after saying all of this I would purchase from them again.

I compared prices online, 99 bikes was significantly cheaper. Pick up was fast, service was fast and friendly and everything about the bikes was explained.

Easy to use click & collect order. Quick fulfillment. Was slightly confusing calling the number to book the pickup time. Auto message needs to state "press one for service inquiries, etc AND to book click & collect time"

Ordered a bike recently during lockdown for my wife for her birthday. The website was easy to navigate and I could filter bike options easily to find suitable models. I was contacted after making my order to discuss timings and pickup arrangements, and was contacted again during the week when the bike was ready (ahead of requirements). Pickup was easy to arrange in a contactless manner, and my wife is very happy with her present.

had tyre tube replaced in rear wheel. Wheel nuts were not properly re-fastened and chain loosened and fell off 5 times when my son next road his bike - so, not very happy.

I came to collect small package at the appointed time 11am.
It was pouring with rain,they made me stand outside to wait for package,
They could have just opened front door a little to give it to me,but no
Showed them receipt through window,wasn’t impressed ,the guy could have shown some leeway under the circumstances,it’s COVID gone mad.
