I needed new tuxedo pants. I ordered at my exact waist size and hemmed exactly to my my inseam. I got a package very quickly, it was labeled correctly but was a vest, tie, and handkerchief. I took a picture, sent them an email. I then called and they saw the picture with the wrong stuff, completely apologized, and sent me out the correct pants immediately. No issues whatsoever, and the correct pants came exactly as ordered.
This is the true test of a company: what they do when something goes wrong and these guys owned up to it and made it all good. Thanks for the great service and product.

They told me my order had shipped and gave me a UPS tracking number. Five days later - when the package should be arriving, I find out it wasn’t actually shipped. It’s not due to arrive for another 5 days. Boo.

Ordered size 38R and they delivered like 42-44R, but tagged as 38R. The pants was supposed to be 32-35w adjustable clip on each side. But the fit was 40-46? The quality is the same with AliExpress. Which based on the quality, I would value it for $50…. I felt I was scammed. Their facebook page, uses Hollywood actors as their clients… 😂

Got my Black tux for a friends wedding here for what a rental costs. I love that I can throw it in the washer because I hate going to the dry cleaner and dealing with them. Wish COVID was over so we can be having more parties and events to dress up for. Never thought I’d miss social events so much.

Glad I can throw their tux in the wash rather than taking it to the dry cleaners. I was worried about the quality but it was a really good fit thankfully. Had to spend over $200 to get free shipping though.
