I've had nothing but positive experiences since the start of my journey. All staff interactions have been positive, helpful and timely. The modules within the app are helpful and don't take a ton of time out of my day/week to complete. I am appreciative of the resources and happy to have this program available for my weight loss/better health journey

The reminders are helpful. Using the app and video conferencing make it easier than taking the time out to get to a doctors appointment.

This is an utterly pointless "program" that is obstructing medical treatment I was prescribed by an actual medical professional. My first (forced) online session was with a young man who looked to be about 19 years old and appeared to have no medical training or expertise. He was very pleasant but completely unqualified to be talking to patients about healthcare. I am a government employee and my insurance just switched to this scam, presumably so they can save money and deny coverage for medication prescribed by actual doctors. If you can avoid using this please do.

The team goes above and beyond, responds fast and the things ive learned have changed my habits immensely.

9AM health refill experience for me has been awesome. Very simple instructions on steps needed to take to earn points to continue with my monthly refill. I always receive quick responses when I submit questions and concerns in the chat section. My Health coach is very friendly professional and knowledgeable.

9am health has been very easy to use and follow. Staff are very responsive and knowledgeable. Coaching calls are the best.

Very dependable and thorough "team" experience while losing weight - the digital platforms (app / web) are seamless and everything ties in together well.

What made my experience great is how attentive the team assigned to me is with my progress. Also so many helpful tips to help me on my weight loss and health goals.

Its virtually impossible to talk to a doctor. It's been months and I still haven't spoken with one. It's all AI and then when I called the phone number I was instructed to keep waiting for a few more days. They did apologize for the oversite. Meanwhile the doctor that I've had for 15 years is more than happy to renew my prescription but if she does it I have to pay $498. What a racket. I do believe my current doctor knows more about me and my treatment than the AI team at 9am health. I have completely lost the personal experience that I had with my own doctor that I chose.

The website is easy to navigate. There is so much useful information. The live coach is very beneficial. The weight loss medication refills are discussed and explained and refilled as needed. Questions are always answered in a timely manner. They will give a timeline of when to expect an answer. I have very much enjoyed the service and the fact that it holds me accountable with the scales they sent! I actually like that! It makes me think before I eat🤣

This program is engaging without being too invasive. It allows you support and learning in real time and does not overwhelm you with tasks.

My overall experience has been great. The resources are very informative and the care team is very friendly and responses are quick.

I love the 9amHealth journey that I am on. The app is has valuable information, wonderful recipes, and it’s easy to maneuver. I have not started any weight loss medications, but I have lost over 10 pounds by using the tools in the app!

I was put on this program. My doctor was doing a great job write my prescription and monitoring my weight and the medication. Since this program got involve with my business - it being nothing but a nightmare. I talk to a computer secreatary or what every you want to call it. I never can get my medication on time. I have to do the work and paying insurace for this junk. Can someone help me get back to how life was.Thank You Felicia Smith
