FAKE FAKE FAKE

I was decieved by a person called FRANCESCA PICCIN, who made me pay for renting "her" fake apartment through a 9flats.com form!!!
After "she" convienced me that 9flats.com is a trusted company, I payed 1300 EUR !!! When I paid the first deposit, "she" was asking for a second one (1400 EUR)...
This was a total SCAM, that 9flats.com is absolutely responsible for!!

BE CAREFUL!!!!

Dear Yvonnie,
we're sorry to hear that but you cannot blame 9flats.
First, if you check the form you claim is from 9flats, you will easily realize it is not. Also all the emails you received from the scammer are not from 9flats.com domain.
Second, you should have checked before paying anything: it is well known from anyone who's doing online order, that no one is asking money via email. Also, how is it possible that a company is asking to transfer money to a worker bank account?
And why a company based in Singapore should have asked to transfer money to a private italian bank account?
THIS IS CRAZY AND NO ONE WOULD BELIEVE IT!!!
Furthermore, you could have read our FAQ before proceeding and you would have discovered that you would have been scammed.
OF COURSE 9flats HAS NOTHING TO SHARE with the scammer and YOU HAVE TO BLAME ONLY YOURSELF.

Terrible to deal with

Terrible to deal with! As a professional vacation rental management company would strongly advise not to advertise your properties On 9flates. A Guest stayed at one of our properties for over 10 days and we never received payment.

I found an apartment and the land lady…

I found an apartment and the land lady named Maria Felicia Toscano told me to pay €750 (including security deposit) to 9 flats using bank transfer so that they could act as a neutral agent and transfer the money to her and the keys to me. after I paid, they both went quiet and disappeared. They Gabe stolen my money, 9 flats must be used for scam. that's how I've lost my money just like that

Fake and scams here

Fake and scams here.

Fake flats for monthly renting,

I am talking to the landlord and he suddenly sends this link to pay on my email ID, how I got this email when I never registered.

I portal does not allow to upload link but you can check for landlord or landlady named: Francesca Piccin

It is mentioned on 9flats that that flat is verified.

I got email from here: automatedATTHERATE9flatsDOTde-comDOTreview

I tried with online chat but nobody replied.

The scam is not in our site. indeed, the flat has been shown in other different website, not 9flats.
Please write the name of the website you saw it.
Best regards,

9flats.com

Update:

Please check it deeply and you will find that the email is not from 9flats (indeed the domain is not 9flats.com but something similar)
If you go on our website www.9flats.com you will easily see that the place is not published in it and also our booking and payment process is totally different.
Please delete the reviews since it is not pertinent to 9flats.com

Appalling customer Service & control…

Out of control and appalling customer service
Allowed me to book and pay for an apartment that had not been available for 18 months. Their email confirmation system even said the owner had accepted the booking when they had not.
9Flats refunded my money but the claimed it was not their fault - choosing to blame the owner .

We spent a week in this apartment. Can't imagine more convenient and authentic location.
Everything was as described in the site. Facilities are very good - you have all you need and you feel at home.
Special appreciation to the hosts of the apartment - Azim and Mani - guys you can totally rely on them. They are always there when you have a problem or request.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.
Thanks again

First and last time!

Chose accommodation in June, contacted host to ask re services last week. He replied he had no booking, had I made a mistake? Gave him 9flats confirmation number but he told me he hadn´t worked with them for years and had cancelled two years ago, which 9 flats then denied but listed "available" alternatives. I chose one but 9flat replied it wasn´t available in fact as the host had forgotten to update availability. They promised refund but haven´t offered compensation, though lawyers think I should press, The resort is 100% full for our dates so our holiday is spoilt. This is the first and last time I go through these people. Hopeless and disorganised, with each party blaming the other, doesn´t make for a successful business.

Do NOT rent a home with 9Flats!!

Do NOT rent a home with these guys. Very unprofessional. I rented a big apartment in NY in April 2017 for a stay in November. They require that you pay the whole fee when you reserve. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for a difference in price. I contacted the agent (who is not in NY) before our stay and all was fine. ONE day before we arrived he told me that the apartment was SOLD?! and we had to go to another one. The 9flats people contacted me too and didn't know about the supposed sale! They gave us an apartment that was fine but not in the best condition. It was cheaper than the one I had reserved and to this day I still have not received the payment 9flats owes me. They also owe me $500 security deposit, which I still haven't received from the host OR 9flats and it's been 9 months!!! Lots of headache due to their lack of professionalism and caring - obvious from their responses to other bad reviews. They're complete crooks.

The guest is not writing that:

1. the host changed flat, not 9flats
2. the guest expressly agreed with the host regarding the changing (and also signed a contract with the host)
2. the deposit has been paid to the host and the host has to refund it
3. we replied all the emails the guest sent us
4. also we told the guest, several times, that as agreed with the host, she should have ask the refund of the deposit to the host.

Said that, as a good will gesture, we will refund the guest with our pocket.
But it is important to highlight that the guest expressly agreed (with the host) with the changing of the apartment and also we explained her that she could have had her fully refund if she wouldn't have liked the apartment but told us within 24 hours from the check in. That never happened.

Dear Catalin,

your booking has been cancelled by the host the day after it has been done. You received an email confirming the cancellation on 19.03.18 at 10:59 (Please check your inbox). Also if you would have logged in your 9flats account you could have seen it as well.
Further the amount you paid to us (€364,28 and not 500€) has been fully refunded on 19.03.18, as you can easily check in your bank balance.
Best regards,
9flats.com

Update:
you didn't pay 9flats anything more than €364,28. Probably you sent money directly to someone. In this case it is not 9flats and you should ask her/him directly.
Please be aware that in 9flats, all transaction regarding bookings are made ONLY via Credit Card and online.
I am afraid you sent money not following our platform and also not following the rules and suggestions that we highlight everywhere in the website.
Best regards,

Update 2
as already written, 9flats doesn't ask money via bank transfer. We are afraid you have been scammed and we strongly suggest you to go to the local Police.
You didn't send money to 9flats but to a frauder, also because no one can send money via bank transfer for any booking.
Kind regards,

Everything went absolutely fine

Everything went absolutely fine. The flat was good and the host just
incredibly helpful and friendly.
The information we received was correct and the advice concerning the part of Lissabon where the flat is situated made our trip a perfect experience.
