I have been a customer of 9oliveres.com for a few years now, and there customer service is second to none, I once received a phone call from them apologising for a late delivery, I had not even contacted them about it, The quality of the oil is wonderful, I have just adopted one more tree, and being a silly old romantic hope that somebody will taste the oil from one of my 4 trees and thank whoever it was who planted it, Don't tell them, It was me. Keep up the good work young men your oil is one of the best in the world.

I have ordered 12 bottles , a month ago to be delivered in Mallorca and they never arrived. Then they said they will send it to the uk , where I live , but they never arrived again.
No one is answering my email and no refund yet! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Quick delivery, nicely packaged, beautiful taste

Order #8243... I ordered 5L oil which I received promptly. BUT! I also ordered Jams and honey worth 27 € which was not included in the package. No answer to the mail support requests, on the website chat I finally got one answer that they were out of stock and they will send them when they are back. They didn't want to keep me waiting with the oil - which was nice. However, it's now 5 weeks with no communication whatsoever, the chat on the website sometimes works and you get an answer after a couple days but after all, you have to run after your stuff, which is insane.

This is a truly wonderful olive oil - adds an extra dimension to your dishes! They also offer efficient delivery and the bottles are beautiful...

I ordered 6 bottles but just 5 arrived in time. After a call to Claudio he told me that I'll get bottle nr. 6 in a separate parcel - I hope that it will work.
