Great small well designed powerbank
Placed my order for 2 power banks on the 26th Aug. Received tracking number shortly afterwards but this did not update and having not received them last week I found the reviews here and thought the worse. However I got an email on Sat to say they were looking into where my order was and then my parcel arrived today.
Well designed power bank, its super slim and looks great and works great. I haven't tried a full charge yet but so far super happy. I found mine through an Insta advert so I wouldn't be surprised if they have been inundated with orders and struggled to fulfil.

Unresponsive customer support, automated messages
Ordered a power bank. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email, apologizing for any possible delays, as ADAR is a "small company" that is "overwhelmed" by their success. To make this up, I was offered further discounts if I placed additional orders.
After not receiving any further informations, I cancelled my order within 14 days using ADAR´s form, that I received with my order. I enquired after one week about the state of things and again after two weeks.
When opening a "problem case" with PayPal, I found a message by ADAR in this process, apologizing for any grief that might have occured. They asked to not proceed with the case and send another email with "PRIO" in the header. After doing this, I received an (automated?) reply which offered to start the "return process" and provide a 5% refund. I wrote back and once again made it clear that I never received any goods and demanded a full refund.
After not receiving an answer to this, I opened a case with PayPal.

Shocking service read before you buy
Placed and paid for an order on 24th August. Clearly great at taking your money but shocking with updates even after two chase emails. I am still no clearer when my order will arrive and radio silence from them. I would suggest you avoid.
