It's been about 4 months, no delivery, no response, no help. This company stole £110.96 GBP from me. Only got one delivery from them successfully before.

A-list used to be great, regular updates but now they have totally gone. No replies, no feedback, the website is still live and even still getting emails offering discounts everyday? None of this makes anysense. Very disappointing. The owner is on imstagram but I cant even be bothered messaging

this company is fraudulent. they take your order and money, and that's it. Last you hear from them.

Don't understand how you can trade a site that's openly fraudulent in the UK?

I didn’t receive one item from my order. I’ve contacted them multiple times over the last few weeks and I’ve been completed ignored. They’ve stolen from me. Don’t buy from this company, there low people.

Needs a zero! Ordered back in April this year. Order never came and replies to emails stopped. No responses via direct messaging through their website or on socials. Instead of chasing the order, I asked for a refund and still to this day, no response or refund. Awful service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. A shame, since previous orders were timely. Something not right about this site anymore. Look elsewhere.

I’ve ordered from this company several times, i have had nothing but issues. Have to literally beg them to send your order. I am still waiting on supplements from april and july. Ive been asking for a refund for around 4 months, They used to reply to emails but completely stopped. I haven’t heard anything from them in months, they’ve quite frankly robbed me of my money.

An absolute scam site do not order from here, they took my money and delivered nothing, no reply’s to my attempt to reach them either. I made sure Jocko Fuel the main company in the US have been informed and they’ll be looking into it, a warning needs to be put against this company you can’t just go around promoting a company that is robbing people.

I have ordered goods on April 3rd. Still didnt get it. I wrote them to ask for a refund. But nothing in 5 months.

Ordered items on their 25% promotion. Got an email saying items dispatched. Waited a week and no post. Contacted the company 3 times since and received no reply. Not even an acknowledgement. In the process of making a claim from both my bank and trading standards. As previous reviewers have said do not buy from A-List Nutrition.

Ordered some JOKO molk which is IMO is one of the best tasting proteins on the market. Came next day. Great Service

Made a purchase back in May for items on preorder with an ETA given for the first week of June. This date came and went, I had to chase for updates and eventually I asked for refund a month and a half ago because there was still no sign of the items. I received a reply at the time saying they would process the refund but I'm still yet to see it and it's the middle of August. All my emails sent to them since have been ignored, despite them still sending out regular emails advertising offers on their website!! I've had to get my credit card company involved as it was quite a sum of money! I'm so disappointed and really do not recommend anyone using this company it has gone VERY downhill. I recently discovered there are lot of other people having the same problem after checking trust pilot. I just want my money back!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered with them for the first time on 3rd of May! Still haven’t received my order! When I placed the order it said the item was available for next day delivery. After a week of not receiving an update after placing the order I contacted them by email. A week or so later I received a reply saying the product I ordered was on preorder and wouldn’t be available for delivery until June! This information was on displayed anywhere on the item when I placed the order. I wasn’t happy about this but also wasn’t in a hurry for the product so agreed to wait. June came and went and still no order or update. Contacted them again, after 2 weeks finally got a reply again through email, basically fobbing me off saying product still wasn’t available, they have other flavours available. At this point I asked for a refund. We are now near the end of August and I still have no product, no refund and no reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered at beginning of June and still haven’t received the product. No response to messages and mails.

Paid for items and not yet delivered. It’s been 3 weeks. Sent multiple emails with no response.

Today I received my order plus some free samples. I appreciate the making customer right with some free samples and receiving ordered products after three month delay.

I would just have appreciated more transparency and honesty. If there is a problem just be honest with people and give realistic timelines. I think most people would understand.

Sad to say what alist has become. I have been a customer since 2015 and same as the previous comment I ordered on May the 5th, £171.19 GBP. After several attempts to contact them with no response I think I have enough. I am not rushing anyone, I am not asking for anything extraordinary. I am just contacting them to get an order status, by the time I am writing this message, there has been already 3 messages without response and a month in between them. It's a shame because they are not making any refunds either, so I feel cheated. Sad to say this, but the store is a complete scam.

Do not use A-list, you won't receive your products and they no longer respond to emails. I placed a Core Nutritionals pre-order months ago and it still hasn't been shipped nor have they provided any updates. I've emailed them on multiple occasions and nothing. Please don't use this company anymore.

Update: A-list have emailed me and given me a full refund. However, I used Klarna to pay for the items so I reported the issue with them and they also got in touch with A-list on my behalf. I don't know if Klarna offers buyer protection and that's why they refunded me but they didn't get back in touch with me until I reported it to Klarna. So personally I'm no longer going to shop with them.

I ordered their sleep supplement on the 20th May for a friend. It is now 2 months later. I have not received the product. I have asked for a refund 4 times and not received a refund. As of today, I have had no refund for the £30 I gave them 2 months ago. I will let those facts speak for themselves.

Ordered about a month ago when the Jocko products came back into stock, took my money, nothing received and no response to emails, instagram and even their "ceo" on linkedin.

Whatever happened to this company, its gone now.
