Our engineer was spot on. But admin team need to improve
Our engineer was spot on.
However some feedback is that I received an email trying to set up a date for an engineering to come and complete my PAT testing and fire extinguisher test. I replied stating that I can do pretty much any time but to let me know when that was.
The engineer then just turned up for the tests without one of your admin team coordinating with me. I am a catering company and it is only by luck that we were in prepping. Or else your engineer would have wasted a trip
