Terible suport.

Terible suport.. i call them 5 days to sand me ruter that i wait over 20 days..and all that time i call the same answer i get-someone will call you..but no one did. We are 5 days without internet..tv..and phone..dont trust them.

Don't get any subscriptions

A1 is greedy they don't send bills for subscription and expect you to pay for the same subscription anyway and turn your services off and even if you do pay they still claim you didn't pay any subscriptions and refuse to turn the subscriptions back on and force you to pay same bill again

I ordered a Vip A1 SIM card with…

I ordered a Vip A1 SIM card with unlimited surfing for 10 days from A1 as a tourist, hoping for a quick and easy setup upon my arrival in Croatia. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. I placed the order on a Sunday (Order No. 20267453), and despite today being Saturday, the SIM card has yet to arrive.

The tracking number indicated that the package should have been picked up by Wednesday. Given a public holiday in the middle of the week, it now seems the delivery will take over a week. This is particularly inconvenient for tourists like myself, who may not be staying long enough to make use of such delayed services.

The customer service has been disappointing, with no proactive updates on the delays. For a service aimed at tourists, efficiency should be a priority, especially when access to mobile data is crucial for navigating and enjoying a new country. This experience has dampened my initial excitement and caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a relaxing holiday.

Shame of You at A1 Croatia

I pay in online to top up My family member 35 Euros on 24/07/2024 .Us family member is running low in credit and wont to keep SUPER(12 GB and 200 min call or SMS) package with A1
Internet 35 Euro Voucher giving extra 3500MB interneta
Even My family member is not using internet often 35 euros and all that megabits vanish from account in 36 hours !When We contact Customer service no one did not help and tray to explain what is happened and how is possible to use all that in 36 hours!Customer service even did not know that if You top up on line You get free MB
Please consider all that if You plan to use A1 sim in Croatia -Dont us Your internet will be week and You will lose GB over night!We will take further actions and tray to make A1 pay off all that STEAL from us!

A1 Network Congestion in Summer

I understand that the networks can get congested during the holiday season. What I don't understand is why A1's network engineers haven't increased the network infrastructure to cope with the increase in traffic during the summer months. The 4g, 5g and fixed line internet connections are as bad as 14.4k dial-up connections were 20 years(ish) ago. And people here like to think Croatia is a modern developed country........ Yeah right! Hahaha! Good joke!
The bottom line: stay away from A1 mobile networks until they start investing in their network infrastructure. (Don't hold your breath)

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Not able to provide required documentation for contract as required by EU consumer protection standards nor invoices. Send invoices to wrong email addresses and then immediately cancel while process is in clarification. Conditions as agreed with sales employee are not considered and service just cancelled without warning. Provider not to be recommended at all!

Terrible service

Terrible service. The home internet is non existent. The pricing plans that we agreed upon at the start of the contract change as the Jugo wind in Dalmatia, usually slapping us in the face with abnormal price increases, without reason.

Don't even think of buying this

Don't even think of buying this. My family has bought 4g+ internet and i am getting 0.6Mbps a second. I can barely load up any games and i have a steady 700 ping on battlefield 1. It only works for 2-3 days before being total bs for a week straight because the underpaid Indians that work at their offices are douches and don't have any computer knowledge. Just buy telemach, 0/10, screw you guys.

These people are actually insane, total scammers

These people are actually insane. We signed up with them in early August / late July.

Despite promising a couple of weeks to set up, they kept delaying us over and over again until finally, today we receive an email saying it turns out they can't provide us internet. 2 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER.

Literally the worst service I've ever received for anything.

So much of our time and money has been wasted because we trusted these melons.

A1- serious warning- worst customer service ever

Hi A1, you have incredibly bad service when it comes to technical issues. I told you on August 12 that you should send me a technician to look at why I have such a low internet speed and I have the NEWEST AND STRONGEST technology - 5G!! Wow, and I was surfing last week with a speed of 2G!!!! I called your service team on August 12 and they promised that a technician would come on August 21. This Monday I waited for a technician who didn't come and no one told me the reason + since then I don't even have internet - NOTHING BUT NOTHING! I work from home and I need internet, I need e-mail, I need Microsoft teams to work... NOTHING
, DISASTER!! Don't think that I will pay for the whole month and I couldn't use it. One more time - just a promise and you don't do anything. 😡😡😡😡

I moved to Croatia in June '22 and…

I moved to Croatia in June '22 and needed internet in my home. As several providers told me cable was not available in my area, I had wireless internet installed by A1. It worked quite well so I subscribed to their television service too. As this didn't work I cancelled this service and from then on the troubles started: three months in row I had to go to the A1 office in Sibenik to complain about overbilling and because the television was still not cancelled. The third time I sent a complaint to the customer support and guess what: they told me Croatian was their national language and I had to send my complaint in Croatian. Of course I am learning Croatian but after six months I am not fluent enough to explain what my problem with them was of course. Then I decided to cancel all my subscriptions, including internet. Their publicity sounds amazing but customer service is terrible. People in government offices like the police and the health insurance were much more helpful than the people of this private company.

Worst internet provider please avoid

this is the worst internet service provider we had the internet disconnects randomly and sometimes it goes down for 10 minutes for no apparent reason stay away from these guys,countless calls to fix their garbage service no problems solved heck one time the technician came and said a baby monitor on a particular frequency can trigger the internet to fall down i am like how on earth is this so bad!

I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if that would have been an option. Worst ever. It's the TELEKOM network that absolutely sucks dick, in any country i have ever been. I literally had enough of these guys. WORST SERVICE THAT EVER EXISTS. s****y internet, s****y signal, and even shittier customer service. Worst part, everything in Croatia comes from these guys, there's no running away from them. How in the world are you still in business????
