I purchased A11n pickleball launcher a…
I purchased A11n pickleball launcher a couple of months ago. It worked great for a few weeks but then had a power issue and would not turn on. I contacted A11n customer service and they were very responsive and professional. They asked me a few questions and had me send them a video of my non-working launcher. I received a new launcher the next week. Very impressed with the quick response and follow through from the A11n team.

Quality product, customer service satisfactory
We received a nice quality product in near perfect condition. Communication was good, but very casual in its timing, happening over several days with some back-and-forth that seemed unnecessary. I would certainly buy from A11N again.

Did not deliver items I paid for
Ordered a paddle and pickleballs. The paddle came, however, they never shipped the pickleballs that I paid for. Customer service went back and forth with me over a few days and asked me to provide more proof by breaking Amazon privacy policies to demonstrate that they didn’t deliver it. I sent them a couple emails with proof including a delivery picture (as they requested) and am still awaiting a response. Hoping to get what I paid for or a refund.

I worked with April in customer service on a replacement part for my Pickleball Net. First of all the replacement part was reasonably priced which was great. April in customer service was very friendly and responsive. I received my replacement part yesterday and shipping was reasonable. It was a great experience and solidified my relationship with the company.
