I first read the reviews on here and was a little skepticlr whether to play it or not. But in all fairness i went forth and gave them a try. Completed the kyc verification.

I played through 2 purchases with more dead spins than anything. That blew it for me. These sites got one chance to make a good impression with me. I wasnt impressed.. i just went from 36 SC down to 10 left without a single win.

I'll go play that out and be done with this site. Never hit a bonus or FS playing through 2 purchases wasn't much fun. They got a good library of slots, Support seemed to be competent. Theirs just not enough RTP . to even get up just a little.

Sweepstake casinos along with the game providers have teamed up and evolved into nothing more than greedy scamming money pits.

Scam casino. So months ago I could never redeem, bug in their system wouldn't allow me to upload bank or card to redeem. Went back and forth for weeks on end, probably 50+ messages until I finally gave up month ago. Now I log back in to try again and balance is wiped LOL. Support has zero recollection of our past support messages and says I never made a purchase (lies).

I won money tried to redeem but the kyc verification keeps saying I have duplicate accounts I reached out to support they tell me some wierd email connected to me was created 6 months ago and they give me the email address thats suppose to be connected to me so I emailed this email address they give me they replied back said they had a account and would message support on there end so the person sent me a screenshot back and support told them no one else was connected to there email and to kindly not reply to emails from any other sources what it is they didnt think we would reach out to one another at this point I think they just dont want to pay me my $800 and giving me some horse shit story.

I see a bunch of negative reviews but I'm just writing honestly about my experience and so far it's been really good. I don't play here super often but enough. I've redeemed my winnings like 5 or 6 times and every time it's been instant, like I hit the redeem button and not even a second later I'm getting a notification from my bank saying the transfer was successful so that's been really cool, other sites will say "instant" but I'll still wait and if you have to wait any amount of time especially over an hour that's not instant, that's fast but not instant A1 is instant. They also have a huge selection of games and a ton of top of the line providers. My only criticism is they don't have bonuses to often and when they do they could be better and also my daily login bonus never seems to work it always says error. Anyways fast redemptions is pretty much the most important feature to me besides having games I like to play.

My KYC was initially approved at this casino. It was then revoked. I spoke to someone and they said there were duplicate accounts connected to me. They gave me the names and email addresses of two other people. It appears my identity was stolen and used to create other accounts. I asked for assistance since this appears to be identity theft. They will not assist.

I tried to reset up my KYC, and the KYC is denied because it says duplicate accounts are connected to my id. I cannot redeem, and the company will not assist with the identity theft incident.

This casino is a fraud. beware when you try to cashout, they will not put your redemption monies back on your gaming account if the redemption fails- for any reason. They will tell you over and over again how their team needs time, to give 5-7 business days, etc., it is all bullshit. I won $150 and then $148 and the redemption failed, they said of course the money would go back to my gaming account, but it never did. I won some money right away and decided to cash out while I was ahead. I loaded my debit card to the account because it said for debit card transactions that the redemption happens "immediately". Well as you can imagine, that didn't happen. They say they have chat available 24/7 which is nearly a lie too. Then they said that I clicked "ach bank redemption" and that it will take 2-3 business days. The redemption as started on Friday 8-15-25 and I keep hearing "We got an update from our technical team that you will need to wait 2-3 business days. So please wait?" So I sit and I told them that I would never use their site again and that I was about to write a bad review. Don't use them, they're horrible.

Avoid this platform at all costs. Seriously. I found their site through a reddit link and decided to give them a try. They have 3 oaks games, which I love! First, I was playing tiger gems. Everything was going fine, then I hit a bonus round. During the bonus round, it paused then booted me out and gave me this internal server error, contact support for help. I did that and they claimed that this is a known issue they are working on it. I never got any of the winnings credited to my balance. So then I tried 3 super hot chilis, aztec fire 2, space coins, and coin express. All 3 oaks games. All worked fine UNTIL i hit and was in the middle of a bonus round. I have videos and screen shots of everything. Each and every game worked until i hit a bonus and then the error came up and had not let me back in. No winnings were ever credit to my balance. So that was 5 different games. Im owed so much money. Support is absolutely trash. I decided to test something out. So i created a second account, mind you, support is fully aware! This second account let me get verified and everything, and what do you know, 3 oaks games ALL OF THEM work just fine, then again, I havent hit a bonus while on this account, but if it was a provider issue like they said, how come the games work on 1 account but not the other? Also, when I was talking to support they tried telling me that even if the game glitches, it doesn't "hold winnings" it would have still been credited to my account. I have a screen recording of being in a game during a bonus, the game glitches out and my balance never changes. Therefore no winnings were ever added. Ive asked them to send me transaction list details of the win being credited to my account, and they just ignore me. They have been now ignoring me for days since I've called them out on their crap. When this first happened, I came straight to trust pilot to see reviews (stupid me for not doing that initially!) and see that multiple people have the same exact issue. I wish I could get in touch with those people and see what came of their situation. Ugh, talk about scam!!

Complete rip off. I proceeded to play on this site and hit bonuses on multiple games.ONLY TO BE BLOCKED FROM PLAYING IN MID GAME!!!! I didn't receive my winnings from any of the 6 different games this happened on. It's been three days and customer service says they're working on it.
